Alphaville Lagoa dos Ingleses

Alphaville Lagoa dos Ingleses is a new community

with residential, commercial, resort and public amenity

uses. SWA’s master plan began with a complete

environmental evaluation of the 3,200-hectare site

which includes a large lake set among gently rolling

hills. The design incorporates a central urban area that

terminates at a lakefront park, a multifamily area that

overlooks the Minas Tenis Nautico Clube as well as

the town center and lake, a hotel site, single-family

communities and an area for the future development

of a university. The overall site is connected by a series

of greenways, trails and shoreline parks.
