¨  Founded in 1977 in Delano MN, the original owners worked on every job they did for the first 12 years

- Original colors were Red, White, & Blue - The Allstar philosophy from the beginning was to address insulation & ventilation on every job. A practice that is still followed today by our company

¨  1980 - Shared an office with “Plants Incorporated” on Hwy 12 - Changed to Yellow logo which would hold for next 30 years

¨  1992 - Moved to an office in Crystal off of Hwy 100 ¨  Major storms hit the Twin Cities and every roofing company in the nation

moved to MN -  Allstar made a decision to pursue the new construction market while

everyone else chased the storm business -  As a result they became highly specialized in high end remodeling

¨  1998 – Company operations are turned over to key guys Pete Carlson, Grady Stephens, & Adam Rametta

¨  Pete Carlson takes ownership in 2008 - Allstar is the only company that he ever worked for - Started as a delivery boy in 1986 with his rusted out pick up truck

¨  1998 – Bought their first piece of equipment for their metal shop ¨  2003 – Started Allstar Concrete & Stone to better serve their new construction

builders & architects ¨  2006 – Moved to Maple Plain due to the growth of the company and need for

more space. ¨  2008 – Started Allstar Construction Management to better serve the multi

housing community ¨  2012 – Allstar purchased Cocoon, a home performance & insulation company Today’s Mission
