Mouse tail biopsy at ~0.3cm was incubated in 100µL Lysis Buffer for 2 hours at 55oC. Genomic DNA in 1µl lysate was directly amplified in a 10µL PCR reaction (5µL of 2X PCRMastermix added) for 29 cycles.
