Rare and pristine.

In the late 1800s, Bruno Gernt settled in Tennessee and became the foundingfather of the town of Allardt in Fentress County. One hundred and thirty plusyears later, the Allardt Land Company, still operated by Bruno’s descendants, has carefully developed parcels of their holdings into equestrian communitiespristine in their natural beauty.

The Highlands at Big South Fork is an equestrian community on three thousandand five hundred acres, replete with riding trails, an upscale community barn, and an increasingly rare, natural, and untouched beauty.

White Oak is an equestrian community that is already seventy-five percent soldout. The riding trails of White Oak connect with the riding trails of Big SouthFork, providing peerless riding opportunities in North America.

Perhaps best of all is the spirit of community at both properties. This comesfrom the truly unique quality of the property being owned and operated by theEstate of Bruno Gernt, a family-owned business. The descendants of BrunoGernt are committed to protecting his vision of the property, and they activelylive and work in the communities. There are no high-pressure sales techniques.Instead, they treat interested families, couples, and individuals like what theybecome as buyers – neighbors.
