TRIPLE R PROJECT Provides client services and community capacity building to support Oxnard’s gang reduction efforts.
The Triple R Project seeks to interrupt the cycle of violence through cooperation and collaboration between community members, partner agencies and organizations.
Our multi-faceted approach includes Training, Outreach, Case Management Services and Treatment Groups.

SERVICES Street OutreachProvided by City Impact to the Oxnard High Schools and targeted areas of the community. Violence InterventionEngagement and referral services provided at Ventura County Medical Center by the Victory Life Trauma Team volunteers. Case ManagementField-based services provided by Triple R “life guides” to referred youth and their families. Services include mentoring, linkage and referral, academic support, coordination and collaboration with other agencies. Moral Reconation Therapy and Healing GroupsTriple R trained staff facilitate weekly groups designed to address criminogenic thinking, develop pro-social values, build coping skills and encourage personal growth. Capacity Building TrainingsA series of no-cost trainings for Oxnard agencies and community members. Trainings are designed to build skills that will support engagement and intervention with youth; interrupt the cycle of violence; and foster community healing.
