• The All Inclusive Beverages Promotion entitles the guests to free house beverages and soft beverages in all available outlets

• Guests should present their room key card and wristband to the outlet manager in order to redeem their beverage

• Guests can order the beverages without a meal accompaniment at Porterhouse Steaks & Grill, Porterhouse Bar, Hong Loong,

Moana, Manava, Maui Beach Restaurant & Bar, The World Eatery, Laguna Lounge and Replay Sports Bar

• In-Room Dining, Mini Bar, Grab & Go and the Food Truck are not included in the All Inclusive Beverages Promotion

• Guests may order only one (1) drink per person at a time

• Soft beverages can be consumed from 9am to 11pm and alcoholic beverages from 12pm to 11pm. Alcoholic beverages will be

served to adults of 21 years and above in adherence to the UAE law

• The selection of the alcoholic beverage brands may vary at the discretion of Sofitel The Palm, Dubai

• Sofitel The Palm, Dubai reserves the right to select which brands are served and may change on daily basis

• During the holy month of Ramadan or religious holidays, alcohol service may be adjusted according to local rules & regulations

• Sofitel The Palm, Dubai reserves the right to refuse service if intoxication is suspected

• The All Inclusive Beverages Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value

• Guests found transferring drinks to other guests may have their package suspended

• Mixers, i.e. soda and juice are included with spirits (Vodka, Rum, Gin, Tequila, Whiskey)

• Sofitel The Palm, Dubai reserves the right to amend the rates to reflect any change of existing taxes or imposition by the

government of any new taxes or levies (VAT). Should the guest not pay the mentioned fees, Sofitel The Palm, Dubai reserves the

right to charge the guest directly
