Our search located one responsive record: the 63 page PowerPoint presentation “City of Winnipeg Credit Rating Presentation, October 2016.” As you requested a copy of this record, and as it can reasonably be reproduced, in accordance with section 14(1)(a) of theAct a copy is enclosed. Please note these presentations are at a point of time so some information is now out of date.
