Analysis Results

Introduction:

Why it is important to eat healthy?

It is important to eat healthy, because that way you can feel active and with lots of energy. Eating healthy can help you grow, and also, if you have a medical problem eating healthy will help you support your body and feel good, not sick.

Graphs and Analysis:

In this question, the answers that we had were: sometimes: 30%, always: 68%, never 2%.

This shows that most of the people eat every day very healthy. This is very good. Most of the people are eating nutritious every day, but what is a shame is that we still had 2% that answered that they never eat healthy in the breakfast.

In this question, the answers our group had were the following: never: 4%, every day: 26%, more than 3 times a week: 42% and one time a week: 28%.

This shows that most of the people that answered our survey are doing well. Most of them do more than 3 times a week exercise weekly. What people should improve is: they should at least do exercises 1 time a week; we got 4% that answered never.

In this question, the answers our group had were the following: spending a month: 27%, spending a week: 20%, 1 time a week: 19%, more than 2 times a week: 5%, always: 12% and never: 17%.

I think that most of the people are eating healthy, because the answer that had the most percentage was: spending a month, but the people that answered always were: 12%, this people should start eating healthy, and stop eating fast food.

In this question, the answers our group had were the following: sometimes: 50%, every day: 48% and never: 2%.

This shows that most of the people that answered our survey eat very balanced every day, or sometimes. The people that answered never were: 2 percent should eat at least sometimes salad, that way they would eat healthier, and they would probably like the flavor of this type of food.

In this question, the answers our group had were the following: vegetables: 13%, fruits: 54%, candy: 20% and fast food: 13%.

This shows that most people eat healthy, most of the people that answered our survey like fruits the most. The food that people like less is: fast food and vegetables that are equal with a percentage of 13 each.

In this question, the answers that our group had were the following: fancy restaurant: 7%, fast food: 5% and in home: 88%.

This shows that most of the people that answered our survey eat more in their houses. I think that eating in our houses is the best, because mothers know what their kids are eating and they can give them healthy food.

In this question, the answers our group had were the following: 2 times: 7%, 3 times: 61% and more than 4 times: 32%.

Most of the people that answered our survey eat 3 times a day, I think that eating 3 times a day is the perfect number; because that amount is what doctors recommend to eat daily. I think that eating 2 times a day for adults is a good amount, but for kids is too little. Also, I think that eating more than four times is way too much, unless, you eat snacks. Eating snacks is bad for your health, because it makes you fat. You should eat three times a day, so if you eat snacks all the time, stop doing that and eat three whole meals a day.

In this question, our group had the following answers: French fries: 10%, pizza: 32%, vegetables: 9% and fruits: 49%.

This graph shows that most people like to eat fruits; this is very good, because it is healthy. I think that people should eat more vegetables, not only because they are healthy, but also, because there are a lot of vitamins and minerals in them.

This graph shows that some people eat almost every day dessert, and also, that some people never eat dessert. (They have an equal percentage). I think that eating dessert every day might be good for you, if you eat a healthy dessert, and might be bad for you if you at a unhealthy dessert.

In this questions, the answers our group had were the following: sometimes: 59%, never: 4% and always: 37%.

This graph shows that most people that answered our survey eat soup sometimes. They have a percentage of 59%. I think that eating soup is good for you, because it keeps your body warm; I think that eating sometimes soup is perfect for your health.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, if you eat healthy, you will feel good, active and with lots of energy for all the things you have to do daily. If you don´t eat so many junk food, you can also live more.

Eat healthy and nutritious and you will have a perfect health.

Top ten list

1. When you first feel a pang of hunger, don't reach for the regular sugary carb snack, instead, reach for an 8 oz. glass of clean purified water.

2. At every meal time, stop eating when you are about complete 80%. It takes the brain about 20 minutes to register food.

3. When indulging on "evil" foods like desert trays, don't try to eat them all. 4. Eat lots of fresh fruits between meals and the best time to eat fruit is either 20 minutes

before a meal or midway between meals. 5. Eat fresh vegetables with every lunch and evening meal. 6. Limit animal protein consumption to not more than 4-5 servings per week which means

some days you should be consuming vegetarian dishes. 7. Do substitute animal proteins with legumes, but start slowly. 8. Do not drink liquids with your meals. If you are thirsty, try to have a glass of clean water 10

minutes or so before the meal. 9. Don't wait till you're starving to eat as this will only encourage binging 10. Do overdose on vegetables! Have 7-10 cups or more a day and look for ways to enjoy

them raw like having a good dip.

How to make a scrambled Egg

Ingredients:

∋ 1 egg ∋ A little of oil ∋ Cheese

1. Heat up the pan 2. Put oil in the pan 3. Crack the egg 4. Move it with a spatula

Breakfast:

o 1 cup of fat free yogurt.

o 1 bowl of fruit salad.

o A plate of scrambled eggs

o 1 cup of natural cereal

Lunch

o Small size beef

o 1 cup vegetables salad with mango

o 1 cup mashed potatoes with cheese

o 1 cup of white rice

Dinner:

o 1 sandwich with beef, cheese, tomatoes & lettuce

Snack:

o 1 cup of salad with chicken, bread, cheese & lettuce

How to make bowl of fruit!

Ingredients:

o Apple o Orange o Pear o Banana o grapes o Pineapple o Watermelon

Instructions:

o First you get a medium size bowl. o Then cut the fruits in small piece o Put it all together and mix it. o Put sugar and served it.
