The following changes and/or modifications are hereby incorporated into the Construction Documents for the
project listed above.
PROJECT
ADD 2:01 DRAWINGS
A. REPLACE:
Replace the following drawings with Delta #2 dated 02-08-18:
1. FA1.2, FA4.4 and FA4.5: Added (1) additional smoke detectors in the boy’s and
girl’s restroom due to skylights.
2. FA1.4: Revised calcs due to additional FA devices.
3. FA2.1: Revised conduit size from Admin building to nearest in-grade pull to be
3” in lieu of 2 ½”.
4. FA1.2 and FA4.6: Revised smoke detectors under stage to be heat detectors.
5. FA4.1 thru FA7.1: Revised general note to use wiremold surface raceway for all
devices mounted on existing walls.

CONTRACTOR, INSTALLED BY MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR; DUCT SMOKE DETECTOR
SHALL BE COMPATIBLE WITH BUILDINGS FIRE ALARM SYSTEM LOCATED WITHIN 5' OF
CONTROL RELAY MODULE. FIRE ALARM CONTRACTOR SHALL CONNECT DUCT SMOKE
DETECTOR AND PROGRAM FIRE ALARM PANEL TO CLOSE THE DAMPER UPON
DETECTION OF SMOKE AND SHALL ACTIVATE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM. HVAC UNIT
SHUTOFF CONTROL WIRING SHALL BE SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED BY MECHANICAL
CONTRACTOR. 120V WIRING SHALL BE SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED BY ELECTRICAL
