Terms & Conditions:

Registration of Rice Mill! Processing Unit;i) Shall safeguard to prevent infestation / re-infestation during all steps of the export chain;ii) Shall issue a Certificate for each consignment stating that the rice has been processed in

their unit for export to China with their registration number allotted by Directorate of PlantProtection, Quarantine and Storage, quantity and nature of packaging of rice.

iii) The validity of Certificate is subject to monitoring / auditing of the facility by the jointinspection team for continued compliance of SOP at one year interval.

iv) Shall ensure that rice exported to CHINA is free from Khapra beetle (Trogodermagranarium), Larger grain Borer (Prosptephanus truncatus), Rice Stem Nematode(Ditylenchus angustus), Witch weed (Striga angustifolia, Striga asiatica and Strigadensiflora), failing which (interception of said pest in such commodity in CHINA),registration of Rice Mill/Processing Unit shall be suspended with immediate effect andreinstatement audit shall be done after three months by the joint inspection team.
