Note I : R e: assets in Sec. VII whose value m ethod is reported as "Q": I have again used the Medina County Auditors most recent appraisal figures. 1 am unableto provide the date of the appraisal in any of these cases because it was not provided to me. These appraisals are the basis for our real estate taxes.Note 2: Wachovia is now Wells Fargo, and all of our brokerage accounts were transferred when that change occurred. The change included moving moneymarket cash from Centenn ial Money Market to something identified only as "W ells Fargo Bank Deposit S weep" on our statements. V II -- 1 have no idea why the program still will not let me type in both the dash (which is apparently necessary to convince the programthat these are all assets of the brokerage account) and the fact that this is an account asset. Hence. "acc ount ass". W ho knew?Note 4: All properties except the one on line 61 of Section VII are in Medina County, Ohio. The property on Line 61is in Big H orn County, Wy oming.Note 5: The "audit" feature advises me that I should list the assets of the entity of which l am a trustee. I am assuming that this is not true when that entity is aneducational institution, and the audit has simply detected the term "trust" in the item. Otherwise, this requirement is ridiculous, and I cannot comply with it.Note 6: The "audit" feature advises nre that I have erred in reporting reimbursement from Grove city College (Part IV, line 2) because "travel from a governmentsource should not be reported." Of all the colleges in the United S tates, 1 cant imagine one farther removed from the gov ernment than G ro~,e City College, but lwill convey to them the view of the "audit" feature. They will be appalled.
