Situated in the Lower Esplanade area of Aldinga Beach, Magnificent Sea & Scrub Views, 50 meters to walk on ramp for Beach Sun and Surf. The BeachHouse is a modern fully furnished comfortable Home with outdoor decks (The Sky Bar an the Quarter deck for entertainment and outdoor dining). North facing into the Aldinga Scrub enjoy the wildlife of Kangaroos, Echidnas, Black Cockatoos and walkways all through the adjacent scrub. Extras include -BBQ and 6 person outdoor spa.

4 Bedrooms , 2 bathrooms upstairs and downstairs lounge rooms. 2 Queen-size beds, 2 single s, bunk beds plus a sofa bed,2 flat screen TVs, Foxtel, split system, ceiling fans in all bedrooms Computer ( bring your own internet connection) microwave, iPod dock, CD player, washing machine & dryer.

Rates as at 1st January, 2014 *- Minimum 2 night stay – 3 nights on long weekends *- Maximum of 8 – 10 guests per stay *

Mid Season .....$260.00 per night

High Season – December thru January & Easter 2014 $290.00 per night *For all bookings, extra charge for cleaning., plus a 10% bond ..Longer stays , rates are negotiable
