Overview

AlQasar is an ancient Arabic word, stands for ‘Fort’ and it was initially introduced at Middle East in early Century. The

concept of ‘Fort’ reached Europe with the name of AlCazar in 10th

&11th

Century. The architectural finesse of its spatial

features is a gifted legacy by Muslim Empire rule of Europe during pre-Renaissance period. Currently, a series of AlCazars

are found across Europe and many are located at historically significant locations and strategic sites. AlCazar of Seville at

Spain registered at UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, is one among the oldest royal palaces. The distinctive features and

attributes of AlCazar include the symbolic deterrence, criticality of operations, self-sustained resilience and need to

channelize best available resources against given threat.

The concept of all round fortification with inter-complimenting strategies of mitigation measures and protective systems

forms the basis of invincible concept of AlCazar. To replicate the concept of AlCazar’s fortification, there is a need to build

AlCazar Security Risk Consulting with the capacity to conduct indigenous intelligence analysis, risk management processes

and prepare for incidence response measures to respond and guard against various geopolitical threats including the AfPak

& MENAs’ deplorable security crisis state, trickle down/tail wagging effects of global economic transitions from west to east

and the surge in terrorism and militancy at Pakistan’s that is geo-strategically situated as pre-dominant pivot, at the centre of

international logistics routes by land, sea and air, besides being enriched with immense natural resources potential.

The AlCazar shall cover the country and region in a protective envelop, in the form of security risk consulting initiative. The

launch of multi-discipline strategic security consultancy based at Pakistan overlooking operations throughout South Asia,

MENA and Turkey would secure business and social interests of private and public organizations, international

organizations and high ranking individual officials present in the region. Organizations and individuals being fortified by Al-

Cazar would be relatively highly secured against security threats and in-house vulnerabilities.
