Why BdREN Backbone on PGCB Fiber?
Main target to reach public universities and create facilities for connecting private universities
Searching for a single service provider covering the targeted Institutions
No better option at all wrt to availability of PGCB PoP at the nearest location to University
So ultimate choice was PGCB fiber.
