DESCRIPTION

Located in the Tamarin/Black River area, on the West coast of the island, Akasha is nestled between the mountains and the sea, and will be built on 24.5 hectares of land surrounded by the Rempart River on the one side and by Tamarina Golf Estate and Beach Club (Phase 1) on the other side. The site offers breathtaking views of the river and of the well-known Tamarin Bay. For sale through Marquette Turner Luxury Homes, the project consists of 60 exclusive villas and a restaurant and offers golf and beach facilities. Property Development in 2010

The success of Tamarina Golf Resort & Beach Club, the first Mauritian Integrated Resort Scheme (IRS) completed in 2008, has prompted Medine Property to kickstart it’s second IRS project called Akasha.
