• each apartment owner owns max 1
apartment in buildings till 4 apartments
• each apartment owner owns max 20% of
apartments in buildings with more than
5 apartments
• the planned heat consumption for
heating after insulation shall not exceed
90 kWh/m² per year
• the area of non-residential area does not
exceed 50% of the total area of the
residential building
• Payback period of investments will be
not more than 30 years

The campaign "Let's live warmer!" ("Dzīvo siltāk!")
Communication campaign developed to promote energyefficiency of buildings in Latvia. The campaign was establishedbasing on the cooperation memorandum signed in the 25th ofFebruary 2010.
The main aim of the memorandum is to ensure the availability of information on housing insulation issues.
