Coalescing Filterbe installed before the Lubricator.NOTE:Use high volumeair quick disconnects.WOLF- Male PartNo. 4734278 and Female part No. 4734279

Lubrication: Light lubrication into theair system, with 10 weightSpindle Oil.Overlubricationcould cause over sprayon material.

ir Motor Speed: 5200 RPMs Blade Rotation: Counter-clockwise.

SHARPENING THE BLADETo sharpen, press Grinding Stone lever lightly and briefly down against the bladewhile machine isrunning. Both stonesshould meet simultaneously. Pressuremust belight to avoid oversharpening.When blade becomes less than 4-5/8"in diameter it must be replaced. Also, keepGrinding Wheelsclean byspraying withWOlPs Keep-M-K1eenWheel Cleaner (Part 2100600).

CHANGING BLADESWARNING: When handling blades wear safety gloves and handle carefully. Factory

sharpened blades are extremely sharp. Old blades may be dull from cutting

material but both new and old blades can inflict personal injury.1. Disconnect the Air Motorfrom the air supply.2. Remove theCutter Unit fromthe Rail byloosening the two (2) screws #9901569

holding the End Flapin place on the operators end.3. Remove theBlade Guardand Blade Nut.4. Insert new Blade with the writing sideout and make sure the Blade is

properly seated on the DrivingPins before reassembling.5. Tighten Bladedown with BladeNut and attach the Blade Guard.6. Carefullyslide the Cutter Unit back intothe Rail and tighten the End Flap.

END CUlTER OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pull cloth overthe Guide Railto desiredEnd Rail setting(A).

2. Secure cloth under the End Rail(B), clothweights may be used.

3. Make surethat theAirValve is'ON' and pulltheCutter across the material.NOTE:When theairis On, theCutter willstart automaticallywhenthe Actuator Valve Switch slidesoff the Cam onthe far side (C) and theMotorwillstay On untilthe Cutter returns tothe home (C) position.

4. Push Cutter back to the far side (C). Pull uptheGuide Ran (B) and secure the cut end beneath i t

5. Repeat operations
