AirAsia-Citibank Philips 2GB MP3 WMA Video Player Offer Terms and Conditions:

1. The period of the Citibank Philips MP3 player offer (“the Offer”) shall run from 1st April to 30 September 2008 (both days inclusive) (“the Promotion Period”) and is only applicable to AirAsia-Citibank credit cardmembers (“Cardmember”).

2. Cardmember is entitled to purchase the Philips MP3/WMA player model SA3025 (“The MP3”) at RM145, inclusive of delivery & processing charge in Malaysia.

3. To purchase The MP3, cardmembers are required to complete and fax this purchase voucher to 603-7785 7136 to place order with the fulfillment agency of Philips Malaysia Sdn Bhd, JCMS ProRewards Sdn Bhd (JCMS) directly.

4. Upon receipt of fax order from cardmember, JCMS will send an email to cardmember to acknowledge receipt of order and call cardmember to confirm The MP3 order within the next 3 working days. If JCMS is unable to contact the cardmember after 5 attempts, the order to purchase The MP3 will lapse and become void.

5. Upon confirmation of order from cardmember, JCMS will charge RM145 to the cardmember’s authorized AirAsia-Citibank credit card. The MP3 will be delivered to cardmember within 21 working days from the payment transaction approval date.

6. Please note that working days as stated herein are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

7. This MP3 offer is available on a first-come-first-serve basis and Philips reserves the right to replace these MP3s with similar products. The availability of The MP3 is also subject to availability of stock.

8. No cancellation of order or change of order content is allowed once cardmember has confirmed the order. 9. In the event of any redirection of address within Malaysia after the 1st delivery attempt, the cardmember shall

pay a delivery charge of RM15 per trip. 10. Payment for purchase of The MP3 must be charged using AirAsia-Citibank Credit Card only.11. The MP3 comes with a one-year warranty from date of the delivery. The MP3 is subject to Philips’ warranty.

Citibank gives no representation or warranty with respect to the quality of The MP3 or its suitability for any purpose. Any dispute in relation to the warranty and quality of The MP3 shall be settled directly between the Cardmember and Philips. Citibank will bear no responsibility for resolving such disputes and Cardmembers are to liaise directly with Philips for such warranty information.

12. For enquiry about The MP3 order or delivery, cardmember shall contact JCMS directly at 03-7785 6136. 13. For technical/service enquiries regarding The MP3, cardmembers shall contact Philips directly at 1800-880-

180.14. For Citibank credit card related enquiries, cardmember shall contact Citibank directly at 03-2383 0000 (KL),

07-268 0000 (JB), 04-296 0000 (PG) or 1-800-82-1010 (Sabah & Sarawak).15. Items accepted in good condition are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Prior to acceptance,

cardmembers shall examine The MP3 to ensure that he/she is satisfied with The MP3. In the event of a dispute or complaint, Citibank is under no obligation to handle any dispute or complaints in relation to the MP3 or liable to the Cardmember in relation to The MP3. Citibank is also under no obligation to reverse the charge to the AirAsia-Citibank credit card in the event of a dispute or complaint between the Cardmember and Philips.

16. If The MP3 appears to be damaged, the Cardmember shall contact JCMS within three (3) working days from the date of receipt of the products to arrange to return the damaged product to JCMS. Any claims made after three (3) working days, Cardmember shall contact Philips directly to arrange to return the damaged product to the nearest Philips service centre. The damaged product must be returned in their original packing.

17. Citibank shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, technical or system failures or any event beyond the reasonable control of Citibank.

18. Citibank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions may be modified, added, deleted or varied by Citibank by way of posting on the Website, or in any other manner deemed suitable by Citibank. The Cardmembers agree to access the Website at regular time intervals to view these Terms and Conditions and to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with any changes or variations to these Terms and Conditions.

19. These Terms and Conditions prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any brochure or other promotional materials advertising this Offer.

20. Citibank reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Offer with or without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by Citibank of the Offer shall not entitle the Cardmembers to any claim or compensation against Citibank for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Cardmembers as a direct or indirect result of such act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

21. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any other translation in respect of the terms and conditions contained herein, the English version shall prevail.
