SHIPPING: Delivery of goods to carrier constitutes delivery to consignee, and AIR-SCENT® International’s respon-sibility ceases upon such delivery. Same day priority shipments are subject to a 35% surcharge. A35% special handling fee charged on all priority shipments.

SURCHARGES: Parcel Carriers have instituted a $35.00 D.O.T. surcharge per package on all hazardous, certain combustible, flammable and corrosive items. Most AIR-SCENT® Internationalproducts are exempt from these surcharges. When applicable, AIR-SCENT® International will bundlecartons together to help reduce shipping costs.

CREDIT: Three (3) supplied trade references and bank name must be provided to establish credit.Open credit will be acknowledged only after receiving completed and signed credit applicationwith references cleared and approved by AIR-SCENT® International credit department. Proper ex-emption forms must be supplied before Tax Exemption Status can be granted. Trade referencesare updated yearly. Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted.

TERMS: Strict net thirty (30) days. A finance charge of 11/2% of the unpaid balance will be charged each month on all past due invoices.

EXPORT: All export shipments are Cash In Advance, F.O.B. Pittsburgh, PA. All duty,fees, taxes, brokerage, insurance and freight shall be paid by the customer.

QUALITY: All AIR-SCENT® International products are carefully manufactured andinspected before shipment and are considered to be perfect and operational as shipped. Where specified, AIR-SCENT® International products areUSDA approved and V.O.C. compliant. Strict control measures have been insti-

tuted to ensure quality and adherence to current standards.

CHANGES: Claims due to errors, shortages or defective materials must be made inwriting within thirty (30) days after receipt of shipment in order to be

considered by AIR-SCENT® International. Claims for shortage or damage in transitshall be made direct to the carrier. AIR-SCENT® International will furnish any dataneeded for filing claims with the carrier by consignee. Our fax number is: 1-800-351-7701.

RETURNED GOODS: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items to bereturned for credit or exchange must be returned freight prepaid within 15days and have prior approval and obtain a returned authorization number by AIR-SCENT® International headquarters. All returned merchandise is subject to our inspection prior to acceptance. A restocking charge of 35% of original invoice will apply. Specially formulatedrefills, private labeled and custom produced products are not returnable.Exported products are not returnable.

SPECIAL QUOTATIONS: AIR-SCENT® International will consider special competitive price quotations upon receipt of a written substantiated request.

PRIVATE LABELS: Please ask your sales representative for more informationregarding the AIR-SCENT® International company policy on a customized private label program. All art development, plate and printing costs will be paid in advance by the purchaser. For private labels, a20 case minimum per product is required.
