Air-MeterDl

• Real Time Monitor : Connecting Air-MeterDl to a PC via USB allowes data acquisition and monitoring in real time of: flow, pressure, energy consumption and cost evaluation.

• SD Card Recorder : When Air-MeterDl device works without a PC it collects and saves data on SD card, then Air-MonitorDl sw. provides the analysis of all the collected data and allows to export data as .CSV file, processable with spreadsheet sw., etc.. .

this allows to export the data collected and stored by Air-MeterDl device on SD memory card while working as a stand-alone unit. A cursor allows data browsing, and it is possible to set the records to be displayed on graphs, to use a player to brow-se data with the preferred speed (10x, 100x) to quic-kly check the relevant events, such as pre-settable alarm values reaching for pressure and flow, and the exceeding of a pre-settled % value of change from pre-settled value limits of pressure and flow.

1. General descriptionSensorized SW4000-DL offers a cost effective investment to collect and monitor the physical values, energy and energy cost, of the compressed air flows up to 4500 l/min (air compressors power up to 30 kW). The attached air treatment assures a safe operability of the sensors mounted onto the unit, as well as the pipeline, the machine or the plant.

Function mode:

• Real Time Monitor mode : the input data, coming via USB connection from flow and pressure sensors, are displayed on the PC display as graphs and figures, and immediately analyzed to offer important information such as : total air consumption, averages, required electric energy for the compressor, energy cost by hour and total to supply the in-audit air line. In this operating mode, when the PC is connected in network, it is possible to set a remote control via internet and to share data on the Company network by using common spread sheet, word processor software and s.o

• SD Recorder mode: the device works in autonomy, receives signals from the pressure and flow sensors connected and saves this data on SD memory card. It is possible to store up-to 10 months of recorded data without intervention. Thanks to Air-Monitor software will be then possible to browse and check this data, searching for the occurred events. SD Data are exported as .CSV (Comma Separated Value) files, to be processed with spread sheet and others software.
