The Thirty-Six Breaths
Here it is a simple breathing practice that restores balance to all of the functions
within you:
Begin by counting your exhalations. ["One, exhale, inhale. Two, exhale,
inhale. Three, exhale, inhale." And so on] Count until you have completed 36
breaths. If you lose count, you can start again. This can be done at one time or
throughout the day, counting in four groups of 9. Allow your breeding to unfold
naturally. In time, your breathing will automatically become deeper and more
rhythmic.
It is not required that you do all 36 breaths the first time. You can work up to
them. At the beginning it is more important to concentrate on the exhale, "a
complete exhale." As you work on this your inhale will be automatic. As time goes
on you'll have full exhales and full inhales. At the beginning you need to watch for
hyperventilating. Your body might not be ready for so much oxygen. In that case
you would be doing less of a count. If 4 groups of 9 is too much, try 6 groups of 6

On the exhales you start at the top of you head and relax all the way down to the
bottom of your feet. Follow the breath down in your mind. With a little practice you
will be able to relax with the timing of the breath.
Once comfortable with that you can start to imagine breathing in as plus signs, and
exhaling as minus signs. Yes, it is the old “in with the good out with the bad”.
Taking in as much of the good energy as you can, and ridding the body of the
stagnant or stuck energy.

Some people find it calming and use it to fall asleep, while others like to use it to clear away the cobwebs upon
awakening. For optimum results, do this daily.
The Main Central Flow
MAIN CENTRAL VERTICAL FLOW
Step 1: Place the fingers of the right hand on the top of the head
(where they will remain until step 6). Place the fingers of the left
hand o your forehead between your eyebrows. Hold for 2 to 5
minutes or until the pulses you feel at your fingertips synchronize
with each other.
Step 2: Now move the left fingertips to the tip of the nose. Hold
them there for 2 to 5 minutes, or until the pulses synchronize.
Step 3: Move the left fingertips to your sternum (center of your chest
between your breasts). Stay there for 2 to 5 minutes, or until the
pulses synchronize.
Step 4: Move your fingers to the base of your sternum (center of
where your ribs start, above the stomach). Hold them there for 2 to 5
minutes, or until the pulses synchronize.
Step 5: Move your fingers to the top of your pubic bone (above the
genitals, center). Stay there for 2 to 5 minutes, or until the pulses
synchronize.
Step 6: Keep your left fingertips in place and move your right
fingertips to cover your coccyx (tail bone). Hold for 2 to 5 minutes or
until the pulses you feel at your fingertips synchronize with each other.
Note: The right hand remains on the top of the head while the left hand moves down the body until the final step.
SITTING IN THE ENERGY:

“Self-healing is very simple. Almost too simple. Just like distance healing, if you try to make it morecomplex, it will be less effective. By now, you’re somewhat familiar with the sensation of having theenergy moving somewhere in your body. So, find a comfortable place – perhaps bed or a recliningchare. Be aware that your intention is to enter into the energy for the purpose of self-healing andacknowledge that fact.
Now allow the sensation of the energy to appear in you hands. Notice as it becomes stronger. Don’ttry to farce it; simply notice it. Allow for it, and wait for it to arrive. It appears when you placeyour attention on it. As you leave your attention on it, it grows in intensity. The stronger it becomes,the more you notice it. The more you notice it, the stronger it becomes. It’s a cycle.
Be aware that as the sensation gets stronger, it also starts to spread. Notice other areas of your body,such as your arms, and wait for the sensation to arrive there-which it will. Then bring yourattention into your feet, and notice it start there. Soon it will move up into your legs. As the energyovertakes your body, you begin to vibrate at a higher level. The energy will then become so strongthat it starts to block out other sounds and distracting thoughts. Basically, it begins to take over.
Feel it as it takes over, getting larger and larger. Then allow yourself to slip into the gap. No, notthe clothing store, the ‘gap’ between your thoughts. As you enter this gap, you are on longer inconscious thought mode. If you’re lying there thinking, I’m healing, I’m healing, I’m healing-well,‘you’re not.’ Release the thought.
All of a sudden, you no longer notice anything-because you’re in the gap. Although you won’t noticethat either until you’ve come out of it. Suddenly you open your eyes-five minutes, twenty minutes,an hour and a half later. Or, if you engage in this process late at night, you might choose not to comeout of it until the next morning. When it’s time for you to come out of the gap, all of a sudden you’llrealize you’re out. That’s it. It’s that simple.
Then let it go. Don’t come back to it. Know that the appropriate healing has taken place and walkaway. Why? Because each time you go back for more, you’re reinforcing the belief that you didn’tget it all the first time. Walk away from it, and don’ look back. This acknowledges in you essencethat the healing is full and complete, thus allowing for it totality. Your intention was the prayer. The energy was the communication carrier. Releasing it and not looking back was your thinks andacceptance.
Sitting in the energy you can use anyway of getting into the energy. If you need to have a definedway this may help. Get into a comfortable position, standing sitting lying down. Form in yourmind or feel it in your body, imagine it a circle of energy around your body. As if you are in abubble of energy. You can feel, think, imagine the energy moving up your back and down the frontof your body.
Distance Healing
Richard Gerber, M.D. in his book Vibrational Medicine, discusses the Tiller-Einstein Model of
positive and negative spacetime; physical matter existing in positive spacetime; energies beyond the
speed of light (such as etheric and astral frequencies) existing in negative spacetime. Gerber
explains that positive spacetime energy (and matter) are primarily electrical in nature, while
negative spacetime energy is primarily magnetic. Accordingly, positive spacetime is the realm of
electromagnetic radiation (EM), while negative spacetime is the realm of magnetoelectric radiation
(ME). Negative spacetime energy, aside from its primarily magnetic nature, has another fascination
characteristic: a tendency toward negative entropy. Entropy is a tendency toward disorder,
disorganization dis-ease. The higher the entropy, the higher the disorder. Negative entropy is the
tendency towards order, organization-ease. It is the tendency toward regeneration and healing.
What does this have to do with distance healing? Reconnective Healing frequencies are not
constrained by the laws of positive spacetime. On at least some levels, they are congruent with the
concepts of negative specetime. This is an entirely different reference system. This is probably a
partial insight into why there is no reason t use your hands with self-healing or distance healing, and
why there is no actual need to use your hands when you are physically present in the room with your
patient.
As already discussed, one of the tenets of quantum mechanics is that forces actually become stronger
with distance. Working with someone who’s not physically present with you gives you the
opportunity to experience this phenomenon. To begin the process of distance healing, find a
comfortable spot. Close your eyes if you’d like and, as discussed previously in the “Self Healing”
section, allow the sensations to come over you: from your hands into your arms; from your feet into
your legs; into your body, and into your being. Consciously become your essence, and be with the
person you’re connection with-either in what you envision as their physical environment, or
somewhere out into space or blackness, the void-everything and nothing. Know that you’re there,
and that the other person is there with you. It doesn’t matter whether you know what they look like.
The “sense” of a person will do. You do not need to be on the phone with them, nor do you need
their picture, a piece of their jewelry, a sample of their handwriting, or a lock of their hair.
Be with this person. Allow the vibrations of these frequencies to become lager and stronger. At
times I’ll bring in some of the work I teach in the advanced seminars, but it isn’t necessary for this.
It’s simply something I like to do. Be in this process as long as you like-whether it’s for one minute
or one hour. You may even choose to go further and enter into the “gap.” Initially, be conscious of
your intention, then let yourself enter. Does the other person have to be aware of what you’re
doing? No.
I had a friend in southern Florida, who called because his mother was in a hospital in northern
Florida, about four or five hours’ drive away from him. Apparently she had taken a turn for the
worse, and the hospital had called to tell him that she wasn’t expected to make it. They didn’t really
expect her to live long enough for him to make the drive up to see her. He phoned me in L.A. and
asked if I would do a distant healing on her.
I’d never met my friends mother, and she wasn’t consciously available for me to ask her permission
nor even to be aware of what I was going to do but I agreed. So I went into that place, and she and
I met there. I allowed the sensations to come over and though me. Fifteen minutes later, I felt that
the healing was complete. My friend phoned the next day and told me that his mother had had a
complete turn for the better, totally surprising the hospital staff. She was released the following day.
Her turnaround occurred while he was in his car, driving up to see her. It happened while she and I
we’re together in the gap.
Was her recovery due to our interaction? I don’t know. Are the reconnective frequencies moving a
speeds faster then light? Quite probably and with everything being light and light being everything,
perhaps we should say faster than visible light. Are we operating at the negative space-time levels of
people’s higher dimensional components? Is what we’re doing, then, organizing and supporting the
molecular/cellular structures of the physical body? Maybe reorganizing it? The concept of
magnetoelectric realms and negative entropy potentially lend some intriguing insights into both
reconnective distance healing and the reconnective frequencies and their interaction with self-
healing and proximal healing.
