For compressor's reconditioning is necessary to replace all worn out items and a good working experience. Our masterful technicians work in order to guarantee that all the necessary operations are carried out and thanks to our wide stock, most of the parts are available for immediate replacement and new overhaules.

Whenever we repair a compressor we carry out:1 Full dismantling 2 Crankshaft and bearings measuring3 Control liquid penetrant test (PT)4 Parts quality check 5 Change of all worn out parts with the following parts always replaced: valve plates and springs safety valves gaskets piston rings manometers filters6 Re assembly 7 Running and load test at 30 bar using an air tank of 1m3.

In additional the following equipments items are available: Antivibration dampers Solenoid valves Pressure switches Non return valves Flexible hoses
