2013年6月至2014年5月这一年里,

From June 2013 to May 2014.

这一年,我们在逾 23,000 名大学生申

请者中选拔了 2,254 名成员加入

AIESEC,并在 15,000 名申请者中选

拔了 3,500 名青年参加 AIESEC

海外志愿者及海外实习项目。

民币的资金支持,并协同企业合

作伙伴通过 CSR 项目和青年发

展项目将 AIESEC 的影响力在中

国大陆区持续扩大。

The Impact of AIESEC in Mainland of China

Generation 2013-14

这一年, 我们成功让 200 多位中

国青年人才去到世界各地企业进行

海外实习,用国际化的学习实践环

境提高中国青年的全球移动力和全

球竞争力,同时推动了中国与世界

的多边商业合作。我们也成功帮助

400 名外国青年来中国进行经管

类实习,让他们深度体验中国的商

业氛围及文化底蕴。

We enabled 200+ Chinese youth to

undertake professional internship

opportunities in a companies ranging

from local SMEs to multinationals.

Enhancing the global mobi l i ty of

young talents and contributing to our

multilateral commercial cooperation

between China and the rest of the

world, such a program is vital in the

development of tomorrow’s China.

We also received 400+ young talents

from around the world to undertake

internships in companies across

China, providing them the professional

opportunity to experience, learn and

develop within and contribute to our

business culture.

这一年,我们的 100 多个大学生

公益项目在超过 30 个城市展开,邀

请到来自 67 个国家的 1,200 名

国际志愿者,共同筹备参与农村教

育、绿色环保,艾滋病防护、社区

发展等项目,努力为中国社会带来

积极改变。

countries and territories to participate

in over 100 projects across 30+ cities

as part of our Global Community

Development Program. Such projects

The year of 2013 marked the 15th anniversary since I joined AIESEC. Fifteen years on, it is fascinating that I found myself still

living the organization’s vision, “Peace & Fulfillment of Humankind’s Potential”, and benefited from its core values, especially

“Striving for Excellence” and “Living Diversity”. AIESEC continues to be the platform where change agents have been borne

generations after generations. As a national partner and an alumnus now, my passion for AIESEC and youth development, as

well as making the world a better place remains as strong as in my first year in university. This is precisely why I decided to run for

the Chair position of the Board of Advisors (BoA) for AIESEC in Mainland of China (MoC) for 2013-2015.

By working with the MC Dragon Team, the BoA has contributed to three major achievements for AIESEC in MoC in 2013-2014.

First, the Global Leadership Summit (aka International Presidents’ Meeting or IPM) was successfully organized in Guangdong, the

first ever International Leadership Meeting to be held in Mainland of China. The IPM offered a great occasion for external partners

to experience the power of AIESEC and establish new national partnerships. It also created a learning platform for both local and

overseas AIESECers to better understand China, as well as the challenges and opportunities in talent development. Secondly,

the BoA served as a bridge between the growing number of alumni and current AIESECers. For instance, the regional working

groups for Mainland of China Alumni Association (MoCAA) were formed after the IPM 2014 with the support from the BoA and

MC. Financial accountability is another key focus, as in the past years. Some of the measures we emphasized include enhanced

quarterly financial reporting, thoughtful investment planning and IPM budget control. Here, I would like to express my sincere

thankfulness to my BoA colleagues, particularly to Cliff Li and Liping Yew for their professionalism and dedication in the finance

sub-committee.

In the coming term of 2014-2015, the BoA will continue to work with the MC and LC’s for bringing in external resources and good

practices, strengthening the alumni network, as well as sharing experience with MC and LC members. In accordance to previous

plan to inject external expertise, the BoA aims to recruit new members who are non-AIESECers. We will also begin to have

immediate past MC member joining the BoA to guarantee continuity. Besides, the board will work with the MC to identify

opportunities to partner with companies and organizations and increase AIESEC’s presence and impact in our society. In the

meantime, the BoA will collaborate with the MoCAA working groups to create networking opportunities (alumni-to-alumni,

alumni-to-AIESEC and alumni-to-business or society). Through transition sessions, individual mentoring and conference

participation in the new term, BoA members also look forward to sharing their experience to help MC and LC members learn and

grow.

On behalf of the entire BoA, I congratulate the MC team 2013-2014 for their achievements and wish the newly elected MC team

every success in 2014-2015!

AIESEC中国大陆区主席寄语WORDS FROM PRESIDENT

2002 年,中国入世,同年,AIESEC 中国大陆区正式成立,从此成为这个组织中

不可或缺的一员。

十二载光阴,AIESEC中国大陆区飞速发展,在规模和影响力上跃居全球首位。然而,

在全国总会的这些年轻领导者的眼中,大规模和快发展也意味着高风险和强压力。

何去何从,必须谨慎。

“十年树木,百年树人”。AIESEC 中国大陆区不追求声名大噪,更看重对青年人潜

移默化的影响,对青年国际竞争力的培养。然而,回首走过的十几年,我们不断扩

大的成员规模是否意味着每一位成员都拥有了高质量的体验?当参与人数成为组织

的核心竞争力,我们不禁反思,AIESEC 的经历是否能让他们更好地贡献社会。

1314 届的全国总会团队上任伊始便志存高远,立下十年宏愿——“打造一代具全球

竞争力和社会责任感的青年领袖”。时不我待,使命必达,我们众志成城。

为实现这一愿景,我们大力推广出境实习项目,为青年人拓宽视野,提高国际竞争力;

我们为在校大学生搭建与商界沟通的桥梁——与商界精英对话,在企业实操商术;

我们承办全球性领导力峰会,邀请来自 124 个国家和地区的 AIESEC 各总会主席,

和宝洁、安利和罗技等全球知名企业的领导者们,共商青年人发展大计。

我们希望,中国的年轻人不仅出类拔萃,更心系国家,心系社会——今日走出去看

世界,是为了明日让世界看向中国。

In 2002, when China joined the WTO, AIESEC in Mainland of China was given the rights to be named as an official entity in the

global network. It was quoted by the global management team that AIESEC could finally identify themselves as a global organization

with the inclusion of Mainland of China.

After a decade, for the first time, AIESEC in Mainland of China has grown to become the Global No.1 entity in terms of its

operational scale. In 2013 alone, through our experiential leadership development programs, we are proud to have delivered

thousands of life-changing experiences to young people across China.

At the beginning of year, we as the leadership body reviewed our organizational progress and challenges, only to realize that we

are at a crossroads. We asked ourselves very difficulty questions, such as: despite our exponential growth in our exchange

numbers, are we truly developing the leadership China needs today to succeed in the global arena? With these powerful questions

in mind, we determined the organizational direction to kick start our year in our Beijing head office, to truly deliver upon our promise

as a youth leadership organization.

Forging ahead, we needed a new direction and focus as an organization to drive us forward, to be bold enough to envision the

future of AIESEC in Mainland of China. Thus, we created our 10-year vision, "we envision, a generation of globally competitive

leaders to positively impact tomorrow's China.” This statement truly embodies our ambition and promise of the leaders we want

cultivate and the impact that they bring to society. This enabled us, the generation 1314, to lay the foundation and strive towards

becoming the organization we can be proud of.

Throughout our term, we have continuously been enhancing the quality and scope of operations to enable more Chinese youth to

improve their global competitiveness. By capitalizing on our resources and networks, we have launched platforms and programs

incorporating leadership development, international and domestic opportunities for our membership. An additional highlight, was

hosting the Global Leaders Summit in Guangzhou, one of the most prestigious conferences in the AIESEC network bringing

together 250 entity presidents from over 124 countries and territories. We also engaged our external partners such as P&G,

Amway, Logitech, EF, Bacardi, Admaster to share their insights related with Global Competitiveness in our opening ceremony to

strengthen the clarity of our 10-year vision to the network.

All our efforts dedicated to this organization, have been towards shaping a generation where Chinese youth have the essential

skills and competencies but most importantly enabling them to have a strong ownership and commitment towards building a better

and greater society around us.

We continued our partnership with New Leaders Group focusing on talent assessment and development. With the help of the

Oscar system, the talent model of AIESEC members has been developed and used for member selection across Local

Committees. This enables more professional talent recruitment processes, to ensure the consistency of our high talent quality.

影响力体验调研 POWERFUL EXPERIENCE LEARNING

这一年,全国约 550 名 AIESEC 团队成员参与了海外交流,全国的领导

团队中约 20% 的成员有过至少一次的海外志愿者或海外实习经历。我们

非常鼓励并从各方面支持 AIESEC 内部成员参与海外志愿者与海外实习项

目,在这段跨国体验中了解多元文化,与不同文化背景的人进行合作,增

强其国际竞争力。

We have 550 members and leaders undertook an exchange experience

within AIESEC and over 20% of our current leadership body have at least one

international experience. Exchange is one of the most powerful experiences

in AIESEC. This year we aimed to cultivate globally competitive leaders; thus

encouragement and support for our members to take exchange opportunities

have been a focus, to gain exposure to a different culture and enable

collaboration within a multi-national environment. 陶郁倩,上海交通大学媒体与设计学院传播学大三学生。2011 年 9 月加入 AIESEC,现任 AIESEC 上海交通大学分会主席。

三年多来,她带领 10 名国际志愿者在海南进行支教,跟随 AIESEC 中国大陆区合作伙伴百加得远赴西班牙商旅,加入 40 多

人国际团队在俄罗斯成功举办城市文化节,于上海举办 200 逾人的青年领导和国际交流论坛。“AIESEC 带给我不同于一般交

Sasa Tao is a junior Communications student from Shanghai Jiaotong University. Having joined AIESEC in

September 2011, she is the current Local Committee President of AIESEC in SJTU. In the past 3 years, her

experience includes leading a team with 10 international volunteers to teach in Hainan Island, business engaging

with Bacardi, working within a team of 40 international interns and responsible for a youth engagement forum in

Shanghai for 200+ attendees.

Global mindset with challenges. In return, AIESEC demonstrate its value while inspiring young people with youth's

王晓茹,浙江大学英语系学生,2009 年加入 AIESEC,从 AIESEC 浙江大学分会的一名成员,成为分会副主席,再到浙大分

会主席,目前与来自三个国家的年轻人一同在 AIESEC 中国大陆区总会担任副主席。四年来,足迹去到印度贫民窟、俄罗斯、

埃及与荷兰,与世界各国的年轻人一同发展青年领导力议题。“当我回顾过去的这四年,虽然‘跳出舒适圈’、‘激情’和‘去闯’

Angela Wang, an English graduate from Zhejiang University. She joined AIESEC in 2009, developed through various leadership

roles and is currently VP Finance in AIESEC in Mainland of China’s national office in Beijing. Her 4 years experience also includes

exchange and conferences in India, Russia, Egypt and The Netherlands.

The relevance of AIESEC experience is different for different young people. To understand the differences between students

across China, we initiated the Powerful Experience Learning Program to study the most powerful experience for the segment

student markets in different cities.

顾晗曜,南京大学 2010 级日语系学生。自入学后第二个月加入 AIESEC,一晃已是三年半。从负责 2 位本地大学生参与

海外志愿者活动,到实行分会第一个海外志愿者质量监管项目,再到带领 9 人国际团队在南京本地执行青少年文化交流项目;

从自学人力资源担任分会副主席,到远赴日本参与当地 AIESEC 工作,再到今日带领 11 人的全国培训团队在全国各地开展

二十余场内训活动。“AIESEC 正如我的第二所大学,”她说,“不仅因为她给了我机会让我充分的在各种领域尝试、成长;

更因为在这过程中,我学会更好的认识自己、喜欢自己、坚持自己所相信的,也更加愿意作为一位再普通不过的社会公民,

贡献自己的一份力量。”

Lily Gu is a Japanese graduate from Nanjing University and joined AIESEC in her freshman year. Her three year AIESEC

experience started from sending 2 local university students on Global Volunteer opportunities, developed to initiating the inaugural

quality control program within a Local Committee and to leading an international team of 9 within a cultural program in Nanjing. Her

experience also includes the role of Local Vice President, proactively learning more regarding hum resources, gaining insights

from visiting AIESEC in Japan and leading the National Trainers Team in Mainland of China, responsible for 20+ internal training

events.

"AIESEC is my second university," as she told, "Since she give me the platform to try and grow in different areas. Moreover, I

learnt to know myself more, love myself more and stick to what I believe, and become more devoted as a citizen to contribute to

the society. "

王雅捷,北京大学城市规划专业和经济学双学位学生,2011 年秋季加入

AIESEC,从 AIESEC 北京大学分会的一名成员,成为分会主席。目前在

与来自两岸三地和国外的北大学生一同在 AIESEC 北京大学分会继续他的

Jet Wang is an Urban Planning & Economics student from Peking University. Having joined AIESEC in October 2011, he is the

currently Local Committee President of AIESEC in PKU, working with young talents from Hong Kong, Taiwan and overseas. His

two and a half year AIESEC experience to date has taken him to Sweden, France, Russia, Japan & Tanzania, as he aims to kick

start his career as a responsible leader in the financial industry in Beijing following graduation.

The LEAD (Learn, Engage, Activate & Deliver) Program was launched in AIESEC in Mainland of China to ensure that we develop

entrepreneurial and responsible leaders, who can be positive change agents in society.

In 2013, we have integrated LEAD as part of our national operations cycle by designing a holistic program delivered through

physical and virtual channels, including at our National Conferences, where we engage experienced professional trainers such as

Dey Dos. In addition, we have developed a virtual platform where members are able to gain access to essential resources to

strengthen the leadership capacity of themselves and their membership.

Our Global Internship Program experiences provide Chinese youth with the unique opportunity for personal and professional

development across the world. Facing numerous challenges, the experience truly develops entrepreneurial and responsible

leadership, as well as key characteristics including cultural tolerance, self-awareness and ongoing communication in an

international work place. These opportunities are a key contributor and provide the testing environment to development ones

China & Africa enjoy a long-standing relationship evident by a deepening partnership based on exchanges culturally,

social-economically and politically. These are demonstrated by; high level political African & Chinese government visits; trade and

investments; and rapid establishment of African & Chinese migrant communities in both regions.

Sino-Africa Trade volume is over $220 billion in 2012, and is expected to exceed $300 billion within the next 3-5 years. This trade

varies across sectors and company profiles.

As China’s trade relations with Africa increases, there is a growing demand for a new generation of entrepreneurs and policy

makers with the right Sino-Africa business acumen, linguistic exchange and cross-cultural sensitivity.

Business relations and those beyond are entering a new dynamic between China and Japan, creating a demand

for sympathetic Chinese leaders not only with Japanese language ability, but cross-cultural understanding and

professional experience. Entrepreneurial and responsible leadership is required to manage such relations, starting

within company relations, in the upcoming years and such short-term professional Japanese experience is an

Over the past 12 years, AIESEC Global Volunteer Program has provided for over 10,000 Chinese youth with overseas voluntary

work experience in more than 80 countries and territories. These programs revolve around different social issues such as culture

communication, social entrepreneurship, health, environment, education, and etc., which enable volunteers to dive into the local

culture while supporting the development of social issues. Currently more and more Chinese college students have chosen to

develop their global competitiveness and achieve self-development through working in such an international environment.

占有全球 40% 的人口的金砖四国正在突飞猛进的经济发展期,在全球经济体系中扮演着于足

轻重的作用。2009 年的高盛报告指出,自 2008 年金融危机后,全球 45% 的经济增长来自

金砖四国。通过刺激就业、扶贫、融资、进出口等措施,金砖四国为全球经济发展起到了巨

大的推动作用。

作为新兴经济体,这些国家对地区及国际问题都持有非常相似观点,近几年,我们可以通过

金砖四国在重要国际经济问题的对话中看出,四国之间的往来和合作也变得越发深入和牢固。

The BRIC countries are the fast growing in the world, with a combination of 40% of the world's population. They are playing an

increasingly important role in the world economy. A Goldman Sachs report in 2009 showed that, since the start of the 2008 global

financial crisis, 45% of global growth had come from the BRIC region. The BRIC countries have made tremendous contributions to

the world economy by increasing employment, cutting poverty, pouring in capital, exporting and importing, among others.

As emerging economies, the BRIC countries share similar views on many regional and international issues. Over recent years,

dialogue and cooperation among the countries have continued to be strengthened, as evidenced by frequent exchanges of

opinions on important issues concerning international economy and development.

三点:1, 争取到各个部门轮岗了解银行的各方面业务,了

解各种分析工具和系统的使用,以及和贸易相关等企业相关

的业务。 2. 银行的国际化人性化的工作环境。经理同事等大

部分是海归, 友善热心,我们经常可以交流想法。3. 渣打完

善的学习机制和充足的资源,其国际背景、专业性平台与对

当地的深刻了解,让我有机会接触到很多的全球和当地市场

调研与分析还有行业资讯等。

我工作的公司叫 SmartAnalyst,是一家以医药行业为主的

咨询公司,在实习期间我参与了公司的不同项目,比如为美

国 NUK 公司的业务拓展整理北美地区 20 个潜在收购对象

的资料,在公司内部数据库中检查并更新了 2,000 个世界各

国肿瘤学家及医生中关键意见领袖的信息,以及调查中国癌

症患者对于抗癌药物的购买意愿和决策动机。除了工作之外,

公司还会组织培训、聚餐、外出游玩等活动,公司的同事对

于我们这些外国实习生都很友好,高层也会认真指导我们,

所以整个经历我付出了很多,也收获了很多,相信对以后的

职业生涯也会有较大的帮助。

吴天悦,清华大学大二学生,2013 年通过 AIESEC 前往柬埔寨参

与教育类志愿项目,“在柬国的日子里,我吃了二十年来没吃过的苦,

却也尝到了二十年来从没有过的满足和骄傲。我为孩子们学会了一

句中文的早上好骄傲,我为放学路上一个个牵着我的手,告诉我他

们喜欢我的孩子们骄傲,我为我学会了承担骄傲,我为我懂得了闯

这个字的内涵骄傲,甚至,我为我吃过的这些苦,走过的这些路,

晒过的骄阳而骄傲。它们是我身上的一个永不退去的刺青,告诉我,

这是我的青春。它们融入我的每一寸血管,在我这一世的生命中,

和我的心脏一起跳动。”

邓琦琪,西南财经大学大二学生,2013 年通过 AIESEC 前往土耳

其参与文化交流类志愿项目,“虽然中土贸易日趋频繁,但大多土国

人民对中国的印象还仅仅停留在 Made In China 上。通过与土耳其

朋友们的交往,我了解到他们对于中国文化的浓厚兴趣,并应他们

的要求在 8 月初举办了中国文化之夜系列活动。咖啡馆里的国旗、

对联、中国结、剪纸,在异国他乡这一切都透出浓浓的中国味道。

通过网络平台和当地报纸等进行的宣传十分到位,到场的人数大大

超出了预期,咖啡馆里座无虚席。”

黎梓熹,南开大学大二学生,高中曾在意大利交换学习一年,热爱

跨文化沟通与交流,2013 年通过 AIESEC 前往中东巴林参与海外

志愿者项目,与其他国际志愿者一起在当地高中教授领导力和创业

课程,让高中生们初步学习这一系列知识,从而可以在大学选择适

合自己的专业,为巴林培养新一代的青年领导者。“在不停地和各个

国家的志愿者准备课堂内容和讨论课堂形式的时候,合作的气氛还

有聆听各国不同人的演讲风格使我学到了很多,拓展了人脉的同时,

真正地感受过与别国志愿者共同合作的过程,这些给了我一个难忘

的经历。”

进行项目运营、社会调查、文化传播等项目 , 创造社会正能量。

AIESEC Mainland of China initiates EP leader program, the purpose of this program is to encourage our exchange participants to

run their own projects beside the volunteer work. The projects include social research, culture understanding, art recording etc. In

this way, the exchange participants can fully utilize the time abroad, to explore the outer world, to enrich their experience, to create

positive impact on the society.

领跑计划最重要的是 , 你的心里有这个冲动 , 热爱这件事 , 你对践行所想真的有这个需求。想要了解另一个国家迷人而不同寻

常的文化 , 想要展示另一群可爱的人闪光的梦想和故事 , 想要传播真实的中国文化 , 在欢笑和泪水中感受文化的冲突 ......

Anything you want to know, anything you are willing to create, anything you want to make it happened, can become your EP leader

program. The most important thing for the program is that you have the passion to make something happen. You have the passion

to explore the world, to experience the different culture, to outshine people’s story and dream, to spread Chinese culture, to

experience the real world in laugh and tears in the sparking of culture difference.

截止目前 , 领跑计划已运营六期 , 有超过 700 位海外志愿者作为 EP Leader 参与其中 , 并且评选出 90 组获奖项目。

Until now, we have launch 6 rounds of EP Leader program, over 700 exchange participants involved in this program, selected 90

groups to award for the golden projects each year.

为给当地环境做出实质性贡献,我们创立了“植树进校园”活动。在独立完成策划撰写、预算、

风险考虑、寻找场地、选择数种等一系列活动之后,我们遇到的最大的瓶颈:钱。买树的钱从

哪里来?为此,我们决定发起了“非洲合伙人”项目,通过销售中国传统美食的方式,将所有

销售收入 5,000 先令全部用来给当地一间小学的孩子们给买树种。虽然过程困难重重,但我们

最终还是顺利完成了整个植树项目,不仅自己成长了许多,还给孩子们带来了巨大的欢乐与收

获。

根据调查,我们发现俄罗斯教育体制存在以下问题 : 首先,经济发展停滞对俄罗斯的教育带来

了极大影响,问题包括教育经费严重不足,现代教育技术设施匮乏 , 普通教育质量普遍等。 其次,

独立后的俄联邦对教育进行各种改革,但教育改革目标把教育个性化、人道主义、体现全人类

共同价值观、教育的自由和多元化等,置于满足社会多方面需求之上,许多改革目标不切实际,

改革不能取得预期的效果。

Today, globalization has become an essential trend instead of just a choice, especially for Chinese companies. However, the

process is not as smooth as most enterprises expected. According to result of one survey conducted by Accenture, Chinese

enterprises are suffering from lack of experience of managing transnational business (21.2%), lack of innovative technologies

(19.1%), lack of global business managers (18.4%) and brands not recognized by overseas consumers (11.3%). Globalization

does not simply mean that your products are exported abroad or that your enterprises have branches abroad. Instead, it actually

means whether your enterprises could be managed in a global context with globally operated strategies and rules. Therefore, in this

perspective, no matter how small the enterprise is, the leaders should develop a globalized vision for the enterprise.

我在中国度过一段非常美好的时光,我的工作主要是英语教学专业,中国的 AIESEC 成员和大学生是一群非常热情有活力的

年轻人。短短的时间之内,我被他们的友好和热情打动。虽然我工作的城市合肥没有非常多外国人,在一开始我很不习惯,

但是几周后,我意识到它其实是一个非常年轻有活力的城市,最好的描述在合肥的这段时光就是“真实的中国”。

“I have had an absolutely amazing time. I was teaching children from the age of 4 years to 18 years old … The AIESEC members

here in China are a great group of young and enthusiastic people. Their kindness and their warmth blew me away! They have given

many memories in such a short period of time. The city of Hefei does not have many foreigners, which can be a little daunting at

first. But after a couple of weeks you realise there is great community of like-minded young vibrant people in this city to share your

time with. The best way I could describe my time in Hefei is that it is "real China".”

AIESEC 国际青年公益项目部自 2006 年成立以来一直致力于培养具有全球化意识、社会责任感和企业家精神的公益领袖,

并产生可持续的积极社会影响。2013 至 2014 年度全国 35 个 AIESEC 分会共运行了超过 100 个公益项目,覆盖社会议题

包括社区发展、爱滋病防护、文化探索、环保教育和特殊关爱等多个领域。共有约 600 名 AIESEC 成员、800 名国内志愿

者和 1,200 名国际志愿者参与到项目的筹备和运营,影响力覆盖超过 30,000 名受众,并与罗技、渣打和因特尔等多家企业

的进行合作,提供员工志愿者和基于社会议题的 CSR 解决方案。

From 2013.5 to 2014.4, there are more than 100 projects run by 30 Local Committees in areas such as community development,

HIV prevention education, culture exploration, environmental protection, rural area education and special cares.

Around 600 AIESEC members, 800 local volunteers and 1200 foreign volunteers are involved in the operation of projects with more

than 30000 targeted audiences.

Besides, we provide stuff volunteer product and issue-based CSR solutions with companies such as Logitech, Standard chattered

and Intel.

“Everyone has been so caring, kind and generous with me that I am full of gratitude toward this place, this moment and this

improvement. It reminds me so much of my homeland that I feel identified with this new environment; not once I have felt like a

stranger here although this is my first time abroad.”

绿色力量(Green Power Now)是 AIESEC 中国大陆区于 2008 年启动的全国项目,目前在 15 座城市举行,旨在通过跨

文化体验式教育让中学生在绿色教育中提升领导力,获得时代所需经验及技能,让年轻人在实施绿色项目中学会合作享受成功。

通过绿色实践,从而对青年一代的生活方式,思维习惯和对可持续发展问题的态度产生正面影响,培养成一批具备勇气与能

Green Power Now was initiated in 2008 and has successively been run in 15 cities. It aims to provide local students with

cross-culture environment and experiential learning opportunities about sustainability and leadership, empower them with

hands-on experience and pratical skills needed with times and bring them with success and joy through the implementation and

cooperation in the project.

公益是什么?为什么做公益?在没有接触 AIESEC 前,对公益理念很模糊对项目根本没有任何理解。在开创 You Are Not

Alone(关爱和支持自闭症患儿项目)之后,从构思到实施,感谢 AIESEC 让我有机会了解公益界,也有机会接受非营利组

织的孵化培养课程,让我懂得怎样设立项目目标和做好项目实施计划,知道原来运营项目和举办活动有着如此大的区别。也更

因为这样的学习机会,我们赢得了好丽友大学生公益大赛广州赛区第一,之后在短短的一个月内,我们还为珠海市自闭症互助

协会筹集了 3 万多元的艺术类教育基金!

We lived with our students at school and we had to prepare our teaching plan for the class every day. Teaching hours were the

most amazing part of the day as our students were so passionate to get to know us better and willing to study and play games with

us! We became a family; and this is the reason why we tolerated the conditions there: inconvenient dormitories and toilets, lack of

constant internet connection and sometimes electricity, absurd and late changes of school’s expectations. But in the end, no one

wanted to wave goodbye and we understood that happiness doesn’t depend on the place you are but on the people you share

moments with.

基于我们的海外志愿体验为本的公益项目特点,我们希望通过 AIESEC 国际青年公益项目让世界理解中国,给全球青年最好

国际志愿者都参加到专属的中国文化体验计划 (Youth to Culture)。

AIESEC is characterized by running community development program and providing global exchange experience. We hope that in

this way we contribute to bridge the gap between China and the world and offer a platform to global youth of practicing

cross-culture comunication and developing communities.

幸福微梦想 (Dare to Dream) 是由 AIESEC 中国大陆区和中国人口福利基金会共同发起的公益项目,旨在为乡村儿童联动世

界。项目通过中外 AIESEC 青年志愿者的亲身远征体验,启发和征集中西部乡村孩子的梦想,发布梦想,通过专项公募基金

支持梦想实现,大力弘扬“人人可慈善”的理念,广泛发动社会各界的力量,发展中西部教育,帮助乡村儿童实现他们的梦想。

To connect children in rural area with the world, AIESEC in Mainland of China and China Population Welfare Foundation jointly

launched a project named “Dare to Dream”. In the project, the Chinese and foreign AIESEC volunteers traveled to rural area,

inspired the children there, collected their dreams and made them come into reality with fund raising.

幸福微梦想 – 乡村儿童梦想实现项目 DARE TO DREAM中华文化体验计划赋予1,200个今年来华的志愿者“文化大使”的使命,让每一位来华志愿者,都有机会学习中国文化,真正

搭建文化理解之桥,传播中国文化的国际形象。2013年,我们携手iMandarin与国家昆剧团一起,为每一位来华志愿者提

供:刺激的城市穿梭,多元化的中国文化体验 ,热情洋溢的国际游园会,优惠的中文课程,志愿者领导力发展峰会。

The project has empowered 1,200 international volunteers to China this year as "Culture Ambassador" to understand, learn and

spread Chinese culture. In 2013, with the help of our partner, iMandarin and National Kunju Opera Troupe, every international

volunteer has the opportunity to travel between cities, experience diversed Chinese culture, enjoy Global Village, take Chinese

courses with discount and participate in leadership development seminar.

domestic and international AIESEC volunteers to Lushan and Tianquan counties in the Ya’an

Mainland of China and beyond, and the confidence to live ambitiously and pursue their dreams.

This year, AIESEC in Mainland of China was fortunate to have the important and exciting honor to host Global Leaders Summit. In

As we recently celebrated our achievements in the first decade

(2002-2012) since AIESEC in Mainland of China was officially

established, we are also looking ahead to envision our impact in

the next 10 years (2013-2023).

10YEARS’VISION

十年愿景

我们相信,在当今社会,国际竞争已不容中国忽视,而一个强大的中国亦不容世界小觑。我

们相信,并不断提醒每一位 AIESEC 成员,AIESEC 不是一个帮助青年人获得海外经历的

中介公司,而是通过这些海外经历发展青年人领导力,从而让他们可以更好地回馈社会。正

如我们的十年愿景所述——“打造一代具全球竞争力和社会责任感的青年领袖”。

换句话说,我们致力于培养的是这样一代青年人:既有企业

家精神也具社会责任感,出类拔萃更心系国家。更重要的是,

作为 21 世纪的领袖,他们不仅能在中国社会一马当先,更

能在世界舞台大显身手。

与十年愿景一同诞生的还有《AIESEC 中国大陆区十年愿景

书(2013-2023)》。书中将具体阐述我们的十年愿景,展示

每年实施的战略战术和杰出成果,并纳入从 AIESEC 走出的

杰出人才和他们的故事。这本书将每年更新出版,印证我们

迈向十年愿景的足迹。

After many input and consolidation discussions, we have realized in today’s society: global

competition is not something Chinese people can ignore, and a competitive China is not

something the world can ignore. Additionally, we believe we must constantly remind our

membership that AIESEC is not an agency sending Chinese youth abroad, instead, through

these learning experiences we aim to create a larger impact in the world by providing leaders able

to make positive impact in society. Thus, the statement of our 10-year vision: “we envision, a

generation of globally competitive leaders to positively impact tomorrow’s China”.

In other words, we are aiming to develop entrepreneurial and

responsible leaders who have the ability (with great knowledge

and skills) and the desire (with great values and attitude) to solve

diverse challenges in China and in the world. More importantly,

given the context of the 21st century, the leaders we develop

must be globally competitive: who are not only highly talented

young people in China, but should also excel when are

competing against a global talent pool.

Every year, for the next 10 years, we will publish an updated

version of the “10-year vision toolkit”, which will include 3

elements: a broken-down definition of the 10-year vision

statement, a summary of related strategies implemented of that

particular year, and an accumulated list of leaders (LCPs and

MC) demonstrating their commitment to achieve our 10-year

vision.

We must understand that the ‘AIESEC experience’ is our

tool, our deliverable to young people; it is not the final result.

Through AIESEC experiences, we offer young people the

opportunity to develop their leadership potential. Through

these learning experiences we aim to create a larger impact

in the world by providing leaders able to make positive impact

in society.

从质量出发 :为了最大化体现我们培养的人才对社会的影响,我们必须

不断的提高这些经历的质量。在对组织内的成员、中层领

导和高层领导们的教育中,我们贯穿了“客户忠诚度”的

理念。此外,我们开始收集了净推荐值 (Net promoter

score),并将这当做我们的商业智能,运用在分析和提高

组织运行中。

Starts with quality:

In order to maximize the societal impact created by the

leaders we developed, we must increase the quality of

learning experience we delivered. There was a series of

educational movement to ensure ‘customer loyalty’ is

amongst one of the training for new members, middle

management and top leaders o f our organ izat ion.

Additionally, we have started to perform NPS (Net Promoter

Score) analysis and also using the output as Business

Intelligence to improve our operation.

全球青年领袖峰会:在来自 124 个国家和地区的 200 多名青年领袖参加的全

球青年领袖峰会上,本次论坛是最大的活动之一。这场论

坛以“赋权新一代的全球竞争力领袖”为主题,很荣幸的

邀请到了合作伙伴公司英孚教育,安利,罗技和宝洁等企

业的高管,为 600 多名参与者分享他们的洞察。

Global Youth Competitiveness Forum, Guangzhou

(Feb 2014):

It was one of the biggest event of the Global Leaders Summit

2014, a strategic meeting of over 200 top leaders from over

124 countries and territories, hosted by AIESEC in Mainland

of China. With the theme, ‘Empowering the new generation

of Global ly Competit ive Leaders’, we invited senior

executives from our dearest partners: EF Education First,

Amway, Logitech, P&G … etc, to share their insight on the

topic to over 600 youth in the form of keynote address,

workshops and panel discussions.

增强组织内部人才培养力度:我们重新设计了组织内部的时间表,来迎合新的人才培养

策略,这包括对成员的教育,会议时间和分会主席团的选

举时间。 我们还对我们的领导力培养计划(LEAD)和全

国培训团的职能进行了相应的调整。

Strengthen talent development as our foundation:

We redesigned our organizational timeline (including:

membership education, conferences and election of local

leaders), reviewed our leadership development program

(LEAD) and repositioned National Trainers Team.

Hub Of Possibilities (HOP):

We created a platform where our members can access

leadership development opportunities to participate in a

global learning environment around the world.

更好的就业渠道,企业对 AIESEC 成员的高度认可也再次

Head For The Future business forum:

We partnered with over 12 multinational corporation for the

event, including: Accenture, Goldman Sachs and EF

Education First. Attended companies offered AIESEC

members exclusive channel at the init ial stage of the

application process, recognizing and validating the values of

an AIESEC member.

AIESEC 中国大陆区校友联盟 :为了帮助展示 AIESEC 中国大陆区校友在社会各界体现的

价值,我们正式在 2014 年的全球领导力峰会上创办了

AIESEC 中国大陆区校友联盟。

First step to improve alumni involvement:

Formally established Mainland Of China Alumni Association

(MOCAA) during an alumni meeting at Global Leaders

Summit 2014, in order to support and to showcase the

impact by the leaders AIESEC developed.

可持续性组织发展计划 :我们完成了组织五年内的发展计划:第一,建立更有可持

续发展性的分会运行模式。第二,增强总会的综合管理能力。

具体实施进展包括:1、内部分会资格标准审核 ; 2、启动

地区领导角色的演变 ; 3、高校扩张计划的创建 ; 4、校园

关系策略的审核 ; 5、组织架构的审核。

Sustainable entity development plan:

We finalized the creation of the 5-year entity development

p lan wi th 2 purposes: to bu i ld a susta inab le Loca l

Committees operational model and to increase management

capacity of the Member Committee. Implementation progress

so far includes: internal ‘membership criteria’ reviewed, role

of local leadership evolution initiated, university expansion

plan created, campus relat ions strategies reviewed,

organizational structure reviewed.

The Member Committee is the national team of AIESEC in Mainland of China that connects the activities of the organization,

supporting Local Committee development and managing global and national direction and strategies.

Just over a decade since the establishment of AIESEC in Mainland of China, the entity is currently at a crossroads.

Today, we faced many challenges: declining operational growth rate, unhealthy entity development and a

significantly weak leadership pipeline. That is why we needed real change. This is no ordinary time and it was not

an ordinary year. Here are what we should focus on to get us back on track: developing entrepreneurial and

responsible leaders through our Global Internship Program (outgoing sector), increasing Talent Capacity across

our organization, kick-starting the implementation of the refreshed Entity Development Model.

Doing these things was and will continue not to be easy, but we are AIESECers. We have met tough challenges

before and we can again. The Member Committee 2013-14 started our year realizing, together with the

membership, we have the power to determine what AIESEC in Mainland of China will look like in the next decade,

and this is exactly what this generation is committed to do. “It’s Now or Never. Challenge Accepted.”
