We would go with the name of our LC-newslet-ter with “Black Phoenix News”, it is cool, isn’t it? Basically, this Black Phoenix News will focusing on update news in our LC. announcement of LCPeWoW, you are so exciting for the first news update in BPN, aren’t you? First of all, we have done LCP elec-tion for AIESEC LUCT, and the whole entity as well on 11th, January, 2015. This event has been run so successfully with support of all AIESECers in Cambodia, and we are proud of it. AIESEC in Cambodia on 17th, January, 2015, have made a great success in term of 1415 for finding the potential MCPe of term 1516. All AIESECers in AIESEC Cambodia are so proud of Sereyvong Chhinlim (MCVP OGX current | AIESEC Cambodia) that he is brave to take a step ahead for this challenging. Functional UpdatelGCDP update

+Our Previous Project:- Matching: Promote projects, especially to ensure and select the right EPs for the project.- Reception Training: To ensure the understanding of iGCDP for the right reception and meet the right iGCDP standard.- iGCDP Functional Training: To provide the con-crete knowledge about iGCDP function and iGCDP standardize, especially the effective way to work and communicate as a team.- Weekend Activities: We have done Incoming Preparation Seminar (IPS), City Tour, Khmer Class, Team Building Activities, Expectation Setting, Uni-versity Visit - etc-..

+Our Upcoming Project:- Charity and Community visit: iGCDP Team is going to do a charity and community visit to "Pichm-kot Primary School". We are going to share knowl-edge, experience and culture to students there. Especially we are also going to have team activities and many fun games in order to make everyone even getting more connect to each others.

OGX updateFor Feb, we will have a oGX summit next month plus sale national training at the same time. And, we will have a Test for both university (ZU & LUCT) for next month. From me, I will have some training for my TL like LC-LC partnership and GIS.

For March, I will plan to raise EP at the first week of the month till the end of the month.

iGIP updateiGIP department has been struggled with uniting members to work because of the different timeline of diverse university. Even though we cannot meet for the whole team even in functional meeting, but we still can manage to work and the responsible tasks because members can approach me whenev-er they need help. iGIP has contacted around 10 companies but we could only manage to keep following up with the proposal with Kofi. However, this week we have contacted 6 companies. Only 4 companies asked for proposal. One has been contacted by another LC. The other two just reject-ed us. We are also planning for iGIP summit for all members of iGIP national team.

AIESEC LUCT

Marcom update

In term of Marketing and Communication Depart-ment in AIESEC LUCT, MKT has discussed about-creating this BPN for AIESEC LUCT term 1415, and continually to term 1516. Moreover, we will have big event internally and functionally in AIESEC LUCT that will be supported by MKT department. For-Functionally, OGX’s PR event that will be created for branding AIESEC and at the same time Global Leader Program to our potential universities, LUCT and Zaman. For internally, we will have amazing Black Phoenix Conference on 16th,17th February, 2015. Please prepare yourself in term of supporting, and we will fight together for AIESEC LUCT.

Finance update

For Finance department, we have discussed about the iGIP reimbursement. Moreover, we will also need to finalize the budget plan to support Black Phoenix Conference on 16th,17th February, 2015. So, we need to support and reserve money for this event.

TM update

+Our Previous ProjectOpened OC Application for The Black Pheonix-Camp (We have opened OC Application for The Black Pheonix Camp. So, far only 1 apply. So, please put some words to enourage them to apply. OCP position is no longer availabe) Standard Team Structure and JD Implementation - we are starting to implement team structure and JD Implementing LC Tracking system - Our LC is now have Local Committe Tracking system and we will have survey every month.

+Our upcoming projectEducation cycle for members and team leader - We will create education cycle for every team members and team leaders in every function. We do this to help everyone enjoy learning new things every month.OC Selection for The Black Phoenix Camp.
