What is Spring Conference 2013?Every year, AIESEC in HONG KONG holds a series of conferences to explore and develop members’ leadership potential. So it has been a few months since the last national conference, the Winter National Conference 2013, we now bring you another national conference – Spring Conference 2013!It is one of the most important national conferences of AIESEC HK held annually in April. It is placed at the juncture between incoming and outgoing terms and aims at the transfer of skills, knowledge, and attitudes about leadership.

Theme:

Introduction of SpringCo 2013

Objective:To clarify the purpose of the organization: • Have faith towards AIESEC through understanding

the essence of the organization.• Build an identity and draw the consensus.

The whole entity can build the strategies & plan according to the purpose.


Track Detail

Brief Agenda of SpringCo 2013

• Get to know the organization from the level of the one who drives it through clarity of why.

• Learn how to spread the impact by the purpose and values of the experiences provided.

• Build the consensus based on the past experience with the elects.

• Know how to drive extra miles in the remaining journey to ensure sustainability.

• Recapture the experience to build the linkage of the future.
