Internship Program

• Entry level positions across more than 20 locations around the world

• Dynamic and challenging roles within the Company that allows the intern to develop and start a career

• Internal projects looking to intensify teh interns Experience in Electrolux such as the newly created Learning Cycle and Buddy program

• 6-18 months internships which can be held at any time of the year. Most internships run for 12 months

• 50% of the interns working in Electrolux stay in the company to build a career

• 95% of interns have been recommended to be retained after their internship with 50% retained

• Participated in more then 22 international conferences

• Currently opening over 60 internships per year.

Current Programs

• AIESEC Graduate Internship Program– Used to satisfy ad-hoc sourcing needs from managers across Electrolux offices– Used to support functions with junior profiles and grow talent pipeline– High Manager satisfaction reflected through the fore mentioned retention rates

• Technical Management Program– The AIESEC Program is built support Electrolux strategic efforts in building the

talent pipeline of newly graduate engineers to support IT, manufacturing and R&D through the opening of internships worldwide.

– AIESEC Program internships promotion reach a global audience which allows Electrolux to strengthen its university brand presence.

– In 2012, 13 internships were open and realized in 3 different location.
