CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
1. Registration cancellations must be sent in writing by email
[email protected]. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged
for
cancellations received prior to 5pm on 31 Dec 2012. After this
date there will be
no refunds made; however substitute participants will be
accepted.
2. Registration includes: paper review, and paper publication
(e.g. conferenceproceedings, journal or book)
3. The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall
not be held liablefor personal accidents or losses or damage to
private property of registered
delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own
arrangements
with respect to personal insurance
4. In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference
Organisers cannot be heldresponsible for any losses incurred by
delegates. The program is correct at the
time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the
right to alter the
program if and as is deemed necessary.
