Aveena Gudapati An Engineer, a Master in Philosophy from Osmania University (Gold Medallist), Hydera-bad and an MBA from Columbia University, New York, Aveena Gudapati has more than 18 years of experience, in India, South East Asia and USA. He has extensive experi-ence and expertise in business modeling, strategic planning, business development, and mergers and acquisitions. Over the years he has trained/ taught more than 10,000 people across various countries. He was also involved in creating a movie “Hope – I am for Change” with Rama Naidu as a key actor stressing the need for change in our educational system which won a national award. Some of the companies he has been involved with as a consultant/ trainer include, Infosys, Oracle, UBS, Satyam, Airtel, Tata Indicom, BDL, SBI, MBNA Corp, BAT(South East Asia), Singapore Telecom etc. He is currently the Managing Director of Bhrigus Software (India) Private Limited, a USD 100 Mn enterprise.

Nitin Sanker

A software engineer from IIT – Roorkee with a Post Graduate Management Degree in Business Administration from IIM – Kolkatta, Nitin is certified to conduct HR programs by Carlton Advanced Management Institute, US and City & Guilds, UK.With around 2 decades of experience in HR, Training and Consulting in India, Bahrain, Thailand, Singapore, UAE, Indonesia, Malaysia, and USA, he works with over 150 com-panies on Training and HR Process Design. He has also helped many organizations in the usage of six sigma and process models like PCMM & ISO 9006 to improve their HR process. Over a decade, Nitin has trained and Consulted professionals from Companies like Satyam, Cognizant, GE, Dr. Reddy Labs etc.Nitin has written extensively for publications like The Economic Times, Deccan Chroni-cle etc. He is on the Review board of one of India’s specialized HR magazines. He also used to author a regular column called ‘lessons for the classroom’ which appeared in a popular magazine. He is a visiting faculty at IIM (C) and ISB and also trains fellow students and future management trainers at IIMT. He is acknowledged as one of the India’s best quizzers being a regional finalist on BBC’s Mastermind India and a finalist on quiz time. He has won over 50 national level quizzes.

Anantadeb Bandyopadhyay

An MMS from K J Somaiya Institute, Mumbai with specialization in Personnel Management, Anantadeb has over 2 decades of experience in HR, Consult-ing and Training. He has held different industry positions as Head of HRD in companies like Exide Industries, Bata India and Xerox & has handled M&A, Strategy formulation, TQM implementation, Management Development, OD initiatives etc & worked initially with Indian Oil and L&T in HRD function. He has also conducted programs for ISTD, Calcutta Management Associa-tion, Chambers of Commerce, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., Infar, Dabur, Grieves, L&T, SAIL. He is also a Certified Job Evaluator from PwC.

Nandita Asthana

With over 2 decades of experience in Operations, Training & Consulting, she has been a founder director of Middle Earth Consultants Private Limited. She has been providing training and consulting services to top companies which include Satyam, TCS, Dr. Reddy’s, Nokia, Deloitte, Market Tools, GE, Infosys, Accenture, etc.She is a certified as a HR trainer by both City and Guilds and Carlton Ad-vanced Management Institute. She has trained over 5000 managers and executives and coached and mentored over 500 professionals for organiza-tions like Wipro, GE, IBM. Dr Rajesh Arora

Dr Rajesh Arora holds both a post graduate degree and doctoral qualification in Management. He has been a profit center head with one of the prominent consulting companies in the area of training. He is a visiting faculty with international management institutes from Australia and UK and also acts as an internship guide to students from ISTD India. He has won many prestigious international awards for speaking and training and is a certified trainer with CAMI US for HR programs. He has trained a large number of HR professionals and managers from organizations like IDBI, ICICI Godrej, Dabur, Mastek, I-flex, Oberois Tata group, IOL , HPCL, Tata Group and many others. Dr Rajesh Kumar

Dr Kumar holds both a post graduate degree and a doctorate in management. 40% seats are reserved for people with 2 -6years of experience in HR. 10% seats are for people with less than 2 years, MBA-HR freshers30% seats are reserved for people with more than 6 -8years of experience in HR.20% seats are reserved for people with more than 9 years plus of experience in HR.

Credit Waiver facilityThe program offers credit waivers which reduce the cost to certified HR professionals possessing the following certifications – Certifications from MEC/CAMI, SHRM-USA or CIPD-UK certified professionals

You need to fill in the application form along with a statement of purpose & send it to us within the specified date.3. You need to undergo a psychometric and motivational test .4. A round of telephonic interview. Based on the performance the candidate will be allocated a seat.5. Payment - Depending upon the amount to be paid, the payment has to be made at the time of admission. The fees can be paid in 3 installments program (via post dated cheques in the name of Asian HR Board, payable at Hyderabad) to the middle earth head office in Hyderabad.
