NUMENTUM™ RUN TECHNOLOGY is designed for the quick heel strikesof running and fast hiking on or off-road. The RUN system uses multiplecomponents and densities of foam arranged to help center the heel and encourage natural foot biomechanics. MINIMAL RUNNINGThere has been a growing trend toward minimal support running shoes. These shoes have less material between the foot and the running surface which encourages an altered foot strike that is more sensitive to impact. This can stimulate a new type of foot strike for a renewed running experience. The Hayward is just such a shoe and will be a good option for those that are interested in incorporating this type of running into their training.
