The series depict the Istanbul of the Ottoman era. It

reflects the lives of both the Imperial Palace and that of

the common people who live around it, giving the

traditions of the month of Ramadan, along with the

unique delicacies of the Ottoman cuisine.

And the love between Ahmet and Dilruba is as pure as

the tasty dishes he helps to prepare.

In this series, the viewer can find everything related to a

typical month of Ramadan in the Ottoman era, from fast

breaking to the pre-dawn meal of sahur, from the

Muezzin to the Teravih prayer at the Enderun school,

from the dishes of the imperial palace to the dining

traditions.

ONCE UPON A TIME OTTOMAN EMPIRE “MUTINY” is

the story of the 18th century Ottoman period under the

reign of Sultan Ahmet III trying to pursue a rather

peaceful relationship with Europe, instead of

campaigning.

Just like each transition and reform period, these times

are also marked by a bloody fight between the followers

of the Status Quo, who are easily instigated, and those

believing in reforms. The clash of these groups is also

stirred up by foreign intelligence services.

One of the protagonists of this story, Murat is an ex-

soldier who upon the insistence of his wife Goncanigar

gave up fighting and chose to live with his family in a

little but happy world. But soon, as Goncanigar is killed

by the men of the Shah of Iran, since she witnessed how

they murdered the Sheikh, her husband finds himself in

between bloody intrigues.

The Shah of Persia has one goal: To dethrone the Sultan

and replace him with his own son. So he forms an

alliance with the enemies of the state. He does

everything to hit the state. But his most powerful strike

comes with Patrona Halil, an ordinary worker of a

hammam, who instigates a mob uprising dethroning

Sultan Ahmed III and ending the peaceful Tulip Period.

During his orphanage days, Subat was subject to some

experiments, as a result of which he gained super powers –

a quality that was soon discovered by Mr. Aziz, who then

began to raise Subat in a secluded place.

Developing a peculiar intelligence and an uncontrollable

power over the years, Subat’s ultimate passion is but

Yagmur, whom he fell in love with after seeing her on TV.

Nisa, Nazlı and Yusuf are the three main characters of

The Law of the Wolf is the story of a man named Kara Kemal,

who was once a king in Istanbul, and who, after the İzmir

Assassination, saw all the doors get closed to his face and in

want of a safe haven.

A group of Committee of Progress and Union members

found themselves sidelined and outcast after the Turkish

War of Independence. In this emotional states they conjured

up a plan for what was one of the most controversial events

of the history of the Turkish Republic.

The story begins with Adülkerim, famous for his casanova

character, so bid farewell to the city-liner Gülcemal.

Abdülkerim does not notice the fact that the nice lady that

THE EIGHTIES is the story of the past 32 years in Turkey.

The drama takes place mostly in the 1980s. This sit-com

is the story of family and friendship through the

perspective of a traditional Turkish family, called the

Ozdemirs.

The main attraction of this sit-com is the nostalgic flair

of the 80’s, because there was no technology and

modern life back in the 80’s in Turkey. In this sit-com,

many of the young spectators will see certain novelties

and technologies that came to life in the 80’s for the first

time.

EIGTHIES also reflects the socio-political life of Turkey in

those years. The years towards 1980 were kind of

dangerous in Turkey when there were street fights

between paramilitary right-wing and left-wing powers.

The story is based on the relationship between a father

and his daughter. Mr. Kemal, an extremely wealthy

Please Don’t Go is the story of 27 people with different

that he can heal everybody, Mehmet can but do

nothing to rescue his wife. After this tragical happening,

Mehmet gives his job up and commits his daughter Elif

to the care of her grandmother.

After 7 years of separation, father Mehmet and his

daughter make a restart into life, where Mehmet, in

order to look after his daughter, decides to turn back to

his former job.

While both Mehmet and Elif try to get used to the

she finds her childhood love 14 years later. The only
