PETROMAINT - MIDOR Project (Middle East Oil Refining) 2010 – Present HSE Engineer

Develops and implements HSE policies, plan and procedures required by the project.

Trained personnel assigned to the project to above policies, plan and procedures.

Planning and implementation of the Safety aspects of a Project to ensure that deliverables are issued on schedule, project milestone dates are met, and given tasks are completed within the allowed budget.

Development / review of safety designs such as hazardous area classifications, fire gas detection system layout, and safety equipment drawings.

Perform and record daily morning safety meetings (tool box talks). Assist project team in investigation of all project incidents and ensure

proper records are completed and submitted. Assist in implementation of corrective actions as it relates to the incident

and ensure “lessons learned” are communicated throughout the Company and are incorporated into the program.
