Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial
statements including monthly and annual accounts.
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with
accepted policies and procedures.
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Prepare financial management reports.
Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of
accounting control procedures.
Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process.

Analyze all personnel data to prepare monthly personnel report.
Responsible for payroll data verification and entry to ensure
Accurate and timely monthly processing of remuneration
payments to employees using the HRMS.
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employees files in
the HRMS and in the Personal File Folder and update changes to
any employee compensation details or employee records;
Process employee’s health insurance and verify insurance
billing prior to submission to concerned Departments;
Process leave applications and ticket entitlement of employees;
Create the bank transfer sheet and the cash reports for
employees payments.
Handle and resolve all queries/issues related to compensation
and benefits;
Calculate the monthly bonus and sales personnel commissions through a certain system.
