As my CV demonstrates, I have recorded an outstanding professional growth and have taken giant strides towards firmly positioning myself with one of the most reputed organizations in Egypt and abroad. My knowledge in all aspects of Finance, Costing and Accounting Management has made me a vital management member in all the organizations I have served.

I started professional experience with External Auditor office which contributed positively to my knowledge, talents and buffing my communication and negotiation skills in both Egyptian and foreign market. Later on, I shifted to different marketing fields like Airline, Poultry Production, Automotive Feeding Industry, Electrometer Manufacturing industry, Crystal Manufacturing industry and recently in the Cement industry which added more values to both my personal and professional experiences and broaden my mind and thinking techniques. Currently I am working as Finance, Costing & ERP implementation projects Consultant as a freelancer. Based on my great Finance and costing and ERP's experiences, I am doing several consultations for Finance & costing for several companies including my previous employer Asfour Crystal in addition I am working as project manager for ERP implementation project at my previous employer too Asfour Crystal. My last position was Group Chief Financial Officer - CFO on one of the biggest groups of companies serving in several location worldwide mainly in the cement industry and its services previously I was on the position of Chief Financial Officer - CFO on the leader Crystal designer & manufacturer on all over the world, Asfour Crystal S.A.E., moreover, I was Chief Financial Officer - CFO on the leader Electrometers designer & manufacturer on Africa and Middle East El-Sewedy Electrometer – Egypt S.A.E. which includes 7 factories in 7 countries and one commercial co. in China. I have great experiences more than 29 years on Planning, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Maintenance of policies and procedures, Developing accounting & costing systems, banking and cash flow management. In my previous position I experience PE (Privet Equity) acquisition process three times.

One of my great skills that I already CMA – Certified Management Accountant, & MIBA – Master of International Business Administration, Major: Global Management, and recently I applied for Doctorate of Business Administration – DBA, also I’m fluent in English language, speaking, reading & writing, also great computer skills includes ORACLE Financial ERP, JD-Edwards ERP, Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP & Next Open source ERP experiences as shown on my CV.
