Review all Lending documents related to Credit approvals for (Fully Secured , Short Term Facilities , Loans , Mar-gin lending & Syndication's Loans
Ensure that relationship officer has properly prepared all documents pertaining to corporate & SME’s loans and insure that reviewed by Legal Dept.
Review all required legal doc and obtaining Legal Dept. approval on it.
Review all securities required by the sanction have been obtained prior to utilization of facilities.
Review and make sure that all documents have been complied (Documents / Collateral / Coverage / Support / Se-curity )
Control Disbursements/ailments - to ensure payments / transactions comply with credit limits and polices / rules. (Handled by/shared with Operations or Product in some locations.)
Approved Limits and Interest Rates on System
Recommend the approval of utilization of sanction SME’s facilities upon satisfying the documents and sanction terms & Conditions.
Verification of the continued validity of the cheques under custody with our Bank.
Review Report any limit Excess / irregularities & wrong applying interest rate.
Review documentation & control reports such as expiry sanctions, Documentation position reports , Mortgage status, Assignments status , LC &/or LG Cash margin status and other requested reports from high management.
Preparing & Review all weekly & Monthly follow up Reports such as Expired Insurance Policies , Will Expired In-surance Policy Within the coming Two Weeks , Expired Commercial Register Report 6 months & 5 Years , will Ex-pired Commercial Register Report 6 months & 5 Years within the coming two weeks , Expired Bank Guarantee (Foreign LGs ) Within the Coming one Month , Expired Evaluations Report , Expired Investigation report .
Follow up utilization of Overdraft through break down in order to discover any PDO's and report the any founda-tion to credit management and credit officer to take the necessary action
Preparing & Review Credit Admin Report for helping the credit risk Management in its decision making in the credit study
