Learning and Development

Aussie has developed a Learning and Development curriculum to support and train our Aussie Brokers. This allows them to establish their business from the ground up and to get an understanding of the role of an Aussie Broker, from loan writing, panel lenders, marketing to their local area, developing a referral program and much more.

In partnership with the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), Aussie has created an online Learning Portal. The portal is the go to point for all broker learning and development needs, and features online learning modules, webinars, workshop learning, CPD hours tracking, and knowledge documents. The portal is web based to facilitate “anytime, anyplace, any pace” access to learning content provides Aussie brokers with amazing learning and development opportunities to support growth of their businesses.
