Basic Electrical training MC / TP / MH.

The training is intended to increase the basic knowledge of the electrical controls ofthe Hek Modular Range. This course is suitable for Installers and junior electriciansto extend their basic knowledge of fault finding and trouble shooting.After this training the participant is able to (ex)change basic electrical components,make basic connector connections and solve basic electrical problems.

Products covered within This course covers machine types of the Hek Modular Range.

the course: The Hek Modular Range consists of Mast Climbing Work Platform (MC),Transport Platform (TP), Material Hoist (MH) or a combination of types in Singleand twin mast configurations.

Modules to be covered: Basic product knowledge. Error messages.

Electrical plan. Lay out of Control box, Switch box etc.

Electrical connections. MCC lay out and functionality.

Course format: This course comprises of both theoretical and practical training, with written andpractical assessments.

Qualifications Issued: Those who successfully complete the course will be awarded with an AlimakHek PAL card for Basic Electrical Training MCM, TPM or MHM.

Course Details: The duration of this course is 1 day.

Group size of 3 6 persons.

Candidates must have a comprehensive electrical and mechanical knowledge.

Minimum age is 18.

Course Notification: Those wishing to subscribe to this course must provide a minimum prior noticeof 10 working days to Alimak Hek B.V.

Pre competence: All participants must be trained on the New Modular Range and must haveinstallation and service experience over the last 6 months.

Cost: Cost for training upon request.

Language: All Technical trainings are conducted in English or Dutch. If the training requiresan interpreter this must be organised by the attending company and is allowedin case the training is scheduled for one single customer only.
