THE STORY OF US

In the year 1985 , a small team of Young Engineers fresh from Civil Engineering Graduation started executing Civil and Mechanical works at Nuclear Reactor Installation in Kaiga, India. The

team climbed in works and scope over the years. The team added critical and complex works such as Reactivity Mechanism, End Shield Installations, Heavy Water Plant, Nuclear Piping, etc.,

expanding the learning curve continuously. Consistently winning safety awards for seven times is one proof of excellent track record maintained by the team.

The company was named “AGRIMA ROOF AND FAÇADE SYSTEMS” in the year 2012.

In the beginning, the Pencil Maker spoke to the pencil saying

"There are six things you need to know before I send you out into the world. Always remember them and you will become

the best pencil you can be:

You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in someone's hand.

You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time, but this is required if you are to become a better pencil.

You have the ability to correct

any mistakes you might make. The most important part of you will always be what is inside.

No matter what the condition, you must continue to write. You must always leave a clear, legible mark no matter how difficult the situation.

AGRIMA conducts for graduating civil engineering students a collaborative learning experience program every year for a period of three months.

The program is meant to greatly compress skills required in “Project Management” and “Structural Steel Construction” portfolio of works through “Polycemic Concepts”

[multiple meanings and perspectives]. The underpinning is both “Positivist [rules and theories] and Ingenium [an intelligent action]”. This is rooted in relevant cultural background

which is essential to perform and succeed for any fresh engineer.
