Roger Worthy, Agile Project Coach and Trainer
Roger is an experienced senior project and program manager, professional trainer, Agile coach, iteration manager and mentor. His project management experience spans over 30 years working across state and federal government as well as executive consulting, software, banking and finance, telecommunications and energy sectors. He has strong project delivery experience for complex software development and I.T integration projects.
Roger has delivered more than 80 projects during his career and has led cross-functional business and technical project teams on complex projects for demanding stakeholders. As a PMP and Agile professional he is acutely aware of what it takes to deliver the most effective blend of Agile projects and programs in traditional project environments.
Roger is a passionate project manager who enjoys delivering exceptional business value and presenting innovative solutions to real problems. He regularly works with executives at the ‘C’ level, PMO’s and other program/project managers to tailor their project delivery frameworks into effective, world-class Agile based approaches that are practical and pragmatic. He specialised in coaching organisations working with Prince2 methodologies to become more Agile and deliver ‘extreme’ business value. He is committed to assisting Project Managers to develop skills to assess when the use of Agile is appropriate and how to leverage Agile Scrum, Kanban and XP to deliver outstanding results for their clients.

CANCELLATION POLICYThe following cancellation policies apply to all Konnect Learning events. Whilst Konnect Learning is sympathetic to the inevitability of changing circumstances, Konnect Learning incurs costs for each cancelled registration. It is for this reason that the following cancellation policies are non-negotiable:■ If a registration is cancelled more than 21 working days before the date of a scheduled event, the fee of that
registration will be refunded, minus a $300 processing fee;■ If a registration is cancelled between 21 and 7 working days before the date of a scheduled event, the
registered participant will receive a redeemable credit note that can be used to attend another of Konnect Learning’s events (subject to availability of venues);
■ If a registration is cancelled less than 7 working days before the date of a scheduled event, Konnect Learning is unable to issue a refund or credit note due to the significant expenses already incurred by Konnect Learning.
