Double online course offerings each year for the next 3 years.

Request THE CB approval to offer distance/online for as many COEHS programs as possible.

Develop 3-5 new degree programs to be offered through the College by 2014.

Develop relationships with marketing firms to increase enrollment by 15,000-20,000 students.

Blur the lines between departments – encourage cross disciplinary efforts.

Infuse technology into each and every department.

Become responsible for the development of new programs and degree offerings college wide.

Unit to be led by a program coordinator and team leaders in each curricular aspect – information flow from faculty to administration is open.

Faculty evaluation will be partially based on specific goals set by the Associate Dean and curricular team leaders.

The faculty in Educational Specialties will be “change agents” within the COEHS.
