The latest agent legislator in this long line of insurance super-heroes is Senator Doug Broxson from Pensacola. In his first year aschairman of the Banking and Insurance Committee, Doug led thecharge on AOB reform in the Florida Senate during the 2019 session.

Volunteer to serve your association
FAIA’s strength and success are largely thanks to our volunteer leadership, which year inand year out sets goals and helps develop the framework for staff to achieve them. Severalof those leaders will gather August 7–9 at The Breakers in Palm Beach for the SummerLeadership Conference, and they need your input. Specifically, volunteers are needed tobrainstorm with the Pay It Forward Committee and the Young Agents Council. Interested?Email Taylor Hendrickson for YAC and Julia Freeman for Pay It Forward. All FAIA members are welcome to attend any of the meetings held during the conference.There is no cost to attend, but please register so we know you’ll be there.
