    COMMUNICATIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS:1. Received a letter from Mary Beth Hogan, Coordinator for the WIC Program, thanking Bill Connors, Building

    Dept, for going beyond his job description and helping them when they were short handed.

    2. Received a letter from Mary Pat Hancock, President NYSAC, re: State Mandate costs.

    3. Received the semi-annual PCB report from Nationalgrid for the period ending 12-31-2011.

    4. received the certified copy of Resolution No. 73 from the Essex County Board of Supervisors, re:Calling on all Counties to Unite to bring about Real and Meaningful Mandate Relief in New York State

    5. Received a certified copy of Resolution No. IL-012- 12 from Niagara County Legislature, titled Calling onCongr ess to Repeal Portion of Universal Service Fund, A Hidden Tax, that Funds Tracfone Safelink Mobiletelephones and Other Similar Free Cell Phone Services Provided to Income -Eligible Individuals at the Expenseof Paying Telephone Customers.

    6. Received a letter from the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services,congratulating Cayuga County and its regional partnership $54,200 under the FY2011 HazMat Grant Program.

    7. Nancy Siefka, Office for the Aging received notification of a Grant Reward (NGA) for the Federal Fiscal Year2012, Nutrition Services Incentive Program.

    8. Received a letter from NYS Homes & Community Renewal, re: Grant NYS CDBG Project #201ED751-11,reminder completion date of Grant is March 16, 2012 and there are still funds available for use.

    9. Received a letter from Matthew House thanking the County employees for their donation.

    3-12-PL-3 To Adopt Local Law No. __ for the Year 2012, Amending Local Law No. 1 of 2009, and Local Law No.5 of 2007, and Local Law No. 3 of 1994 to continue the room tax for three years.

    allowing Cayuga County to Colocate on an AT&T Tower Site in Venice and Allowing AT&T toColocate on the Cayuga County Tower Site Located in Ovid.

    3-12-JP-5 ( Pulled at W&Ms ) Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Cayuga County Coroner torenew the contract with Onondaga County Medical Examiner for Autopsies and other RelatedProfessional Services.

    Executive Sessions, re: Collective negotiations pursuant to Article 14 of the Civil Service Law; and,current litigation County of Cayuga v. Bennett.
