Manufacturing Facilities 2500 US Ton imported extrusion press equipped with double puller
and specially designed automatic quenching system suitable for hard alloys.
1450 US Ton and 880 US Ton imported extrusion presses synchronised with PLC controlled puller for twist free products and superior yield.
Foundry with hot-top continuous billet casting machine for billet production as per client specified alloys, backed by lab facilities equipped with spectrometer for alloy testing.
Fully automated PLC controlled gas fired Hot Log Shear with furnace to pre heat the billets to required temperature & cut them in exact length as per requirement.
Full-fledged in-house tool room for die manufacture supported by Auto-CAD design department with latest version of CNC wire cut machine and EDM spark erosion machine for intricate machining jobs.
Manufacturing Facilities Full-fledged sophisticated lab equipped with spectrometer,
conductivity testing machine, UTS machine, Rockwell hardness tester and other instruments, supported with a chemical lab for conducting various tests on the raw-materials, semi-finished and finished products.
Automated Anodising plant offering anodised extrusion in various finishes & colours.

Quality Check ProcessQC 1 Raw Material
Spectro Analysis is done for all the raw material.QC 2 Casting
Alloys quality is controlled by controlling Chemical Composition. Spectro Analysis is conducted to make sure
desired quality of alloy is manufactured.QC 3 Billets
Are subject to Ultrasonic Testing to avoid the usage of internally cracked billets.
QC 4 DieAre scrutinized to make sure Tolerances are according to
customer specifications.QC 5 Profiles
Are rigorously examined to meet dimension & visual inspect along with all mechanical properties are tested after aging.
Packing 100% Visual inspection of each piece is done before
packing.

shall confirm to IS:4026 - 1987 & IS:2590-1987 Resp.

IS:6477-1983 and BS:1474-1987, ANSI-H35-2(M)-2003 and ENAW.• Flatness : As per IS: 6477-1983,IS:2673-1979 & BS:1474-1987, ANSI-H35-2(M)
-2003, ENAW unless & otherwise as suitable for end use.• Weight : Dealer item: -7% to +7%. OEMs items only as per dimension.
