AG Integrate allows clients to tap into a highly skilled pool of experienced, self-employed freelance consultants who bring fresh perspective and different skills to a project on an ‘as-needed’ basis.
Unlike some of our competitors, AG Integrate is wholly run within Addleshaw Goddard. The legal consultants we choose to recruit reflect the qualities of our permanent staff in terms of their talent and their professional style of working.
We appreciate the fine balance between budget management and the need for highly experienced professionals. AG Integrate has been designed to put our clients in control, allowing them to decide what resource they need and when they need it. Ensuring that they can access a wide range of skills and know-how specific to the task in hand, our clients are able to ‘turn the tap on and off’ as needed.
It also provides cost control in that there is no need to make the kind of commitments that permanent employment would involve.

Providing the right resources
Our AG Integrate consultants are supported both by our AG Integrate
Team and Addleshaw Goddard throughout the assignment and
beyond.
AG Integrate consultants have access to Addleshaw Goddard’s systems
including an AG email address, our extensive knowledge and research
tools, our Professional Support Lawyers and the AG Integrate team.
Quality consultantsWe have a rigorous joining process in which our Partners play a vital role.
Our consultants participate in multiple interviews which ensures that they have
the right know-how, aptitude and personal attributes to hit the ground running.
We also conduct pre-engagement screening with all of our consultants prior
to them working for you.
How does it work?We will work closely with you to understand
your needs and ensure that we provide a tailored approach to finding the right AG
consultant for you at the time you need it.
We appreciate that additional support in your team doesn’t always come in the form of legal advisors, and as such we
are equipped to provide you with experts across any specialism. This includes
company secretaries, project managers, transaction leads and forensic accountants.

End of assignment or extension
An assignment length is agreed by all parties up front.
The AG Integrate team will arrange any subsequent extensions and deal with the
necessary paperwork for you.
Towards the end of the assignment we will arrange an assignment debrief
with you to gather your feedback on our consultant and arrange the safe return of
your equipment.
PI CoverAll of our AG Integrate lawyers maintain their own Practicing Certificates and are covered under the firm’s professional
indemnity insurance.
Place of workAG Integrate consultants will either work from your office or remotely
from their home office. This will be pre-agreed with you and set out in the
Assignment Particulars.
Our consultant locations vary throughout England, Wales and
Scotland so we can cover almost any location in the UK. We also have international support available should
you require anyone further afield.
Time RecordingAG Integrate consultants are required to record time on a weekly basis which is approved by you before submission
to the AG Integrate team.
Whilst providing you with peace of mind over costs, this also ensures that your AGI consultant is working with you at the highest level of efficiency, giving
you value for money.
Fees and InvoicingAG Integrate will issue monthly invoices
to a nominated contact within your organisation. No charge is made for time
when the consultant is not working for you.
We are happy to discuss payment terms that suit your business and budgeting
requirements, and are able to match any current panel terms you may have with AG. We will agree an hourly, daily rate or fixed
fee which will be excusive of VAT.
