Canopies for Dual Cab UtesWith ever-increasing traction since their launch in 2010, EGR Canopies have become a core part of our aftermarket range.

The body of the canopy is built using a single sheet of thick ABS – there are no joins or welds. ABS is also UV-stable. After forming, EGR Canopies are trimmed and painted robotically, resulting in exacting precision and an A-Class OEM-grade finish.

EGR Canopies are available in a range of different window configurations, in both Premium and Fleet versions. Both versions feature:

A body formed from a single sheet of capped ABS that’s robotically trimmed and painted Quick and easy fitment, with detailed instructions

and all hardware and fixings included Interior lighting, with a vehicle-specific ‘Plug

and Play’ wiring harness for quick installation

High mounted strut points for full opening access A combination sliding window on the cab-facing

side, to allow easy cleaning access to the vehicle Tinted glass throughout Quality locks that are all keyed alike A smooth light-grey interior finish Optional canopy roof racks

The economical choice, Fleet Canopies come with a flat, framed rear door, while Premium Canopies replaces this with a frameless, curved design (with slam latches), and features extra styling. Premium Canopies also feature a clamping system for installation.

Painting Options for Premium and Fleet CanopiesAll EGR Canopies are robotically painted, and feature a smooth, high gloss finish. Two painting options are available – Fleet White and Colour Coded.

Bright white in colour and cost-effective, Fleet White canopies are a great match for white fleet or trade vehicles. The paint used is a generic bright white – to ensure a colour match to a specific vehicle’s white, please order a Colour Coded version.

Colour Coded canopies exactingly mirror each manufacturer’s paint specification, ensuring a perfect colour match to existing bodywork. To order a Painted Canopy, please nominate the desired colour (using the manufacturer’s official colour name) at the time of ordering. Colours are subject to availability – contact EGR on 1300 320 338 or visit egrauto.com for an updated range. Warranty Information for Premium and Fleet CanopiesAll EGR Canopies include a three year warranty on material and workmanship. Gas struts are warranted for one year. Warranty claims are made by calling our Customer Service Team on 1300 320 338. Full warranty information as follows:EGR warrants that the ABS Canopy will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the retail date of purchase. The gas struts are warranted for one (1) year from the retail date of purchase. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover failure due to neglect, improper installation, including any modifications to installation hardware, alterations, addition of non-genuine equipment, abuse, accident, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, misuse, and exposure to chemicals that are not safe for plastics or hardware components. Incidental or consequential damage or loss of contents due to use, neglect, lack of maintenance, misuse of EGR Canopy is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner and operator.

Paint wear to the vehicle bed can happen with any Canopy and is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Paint damage to your vehicle is not covered under this warranty. Disclaimer: In the event that your EGR Canopy is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, it is at the discretion of EGR to repair or replace the defective part. Transportation costs and labour are not associated with this warranty claim.

Canopy Roof Racks for Premium and Fleet Canopies

Available in two systems, Canopy Roof Racks are a great way to add versatility to your vehicle. For general use, the Lightweight Canopy Roof Rack is ideal. It uses quality Yakima HD Whispbar crossbars, is rated to a load limit of 80kg, and features an aerodynamic design, tie-down points and load strips, and an integrated lock system.

For tougher tasks there’s the Heavy Duty Canopy Roof Rack. These racks feature a 150kg load limit (with an internal support frame in the canopy to take the load), oval crossbars, and black powdercoated steel construction.

EGR is the market leader in the design, development and manufacture of Hard Lids. Made from a highly durable (yet lightweight) ABS/polycarbonate material, our Hard Lids are uniquely styled for each vehicle by our Brisbane-based design team, and are available in both Painted and Unpainted finishes.

Painted Hard Lids have been painted robotically, for an A-Class OEM-grade finish. Unpainted Hard Lids arrive in the natural finish of the ABS (gloss black), ready to be painted.

All EGR Hard Lids are fully lockable and feature twin gas struts for ease of opening. They also include a clever quick-release hinge pin system that allows the covers to be attached or removed in seconds.

The conveyor-based system features computerised colour matching, automated production, and six-axis movement for uniform paint coverage. Using Aussie innovation, our Soft Tonneau Covers maximise style without compromising function. Their unique No Drill fitting system uses mounting clamps with interlocking die-cast aluminium side rails and end caps. This keeps the tonneau tight and streamlined, with no exposed straps or tie-downs – even the access method is concealed, which is great for security. They install in approximately half an hour, and are easily removable.

Durable and tough, they’re made from black PVC vinyl over woven synthetic mesh. All EGR covers are UV light tested for quality, and made in Australia.

All Soft Tonneau Covers are for Dual Cabs without Sports Bars and Cabin Guards, unless noted otherwise.

New to the Australian marketplace, Alloy Trade Tops are the most affordable ute locking solution. Featuring robust all alloy construction with a tough, durable checker plate top, Alloy Trade Tops a cost-effective way to keep your items protected.

They’re available in two finishes: Mill Finish Silver or Powdercoated Black. A high opening height gives unrestricted access to the load area, while twin gas struts and a pull-down handle provide effortless opening and closing. Installation is easy, and two keys are included for the single push lock.

Nudge Bars

EGR stocks a huge range of Nudge Bars, and not just for Dual Cabs – utes, vans, SUVs and 4WDs are also included. Nudge Bars defend the front of your vehicle – whether from wildlife hazards on the open road, or other drivers in the parking lot. They add protection and style, and provide peace-of-mind. They’re also useful as a mounting platform for antennas and driving lights.

EGR Nudge Bars are built with 3mm thick tubing (76mm in diameter), use quality 6000 series alloy, and feature a polished mirror finish. All of our Nudge Bars are independently tested, and airbag compatible.

CAD-designed to fit each vehicle precisely and vacuum formed from UV-stable ABS plastic, our Fender Flares add protection and style to your vehicle. Using existing vehicle attachment points and specially designed hardware, our Fender Flares require no drilling for fitment – installation is quick and easy. They’re available in Painted and Unpainted finishes.

Painted Fender Flares have been painted robotically, for a perfect, OEM-grade finish. Unpainted Fender Flares are designed to be fitted unpainted, and are matte black with a subtle textured finish.

EGR’s new Side Steps are load tested to ensure strength, and custom designed for each vehicle. Made from extruded aluminium, they’re available in either a Clear Anodised or Black Anodised finish, and feature an anti-slip tread.

In addition to assisting entry and exit, Side Steps are invaluable when loading or unloading your roof. Installation is easy, with no drilling required – EGR Side Steps use only the vehicle’s existing mounting points. They’re also independently tested for airbag compatibility.
