Precisionscreen was established in 1986, in Brisbane Australia, by Harold Kerr. The company now employs over 50 personnel who design, research,

manufacture, market, sell and provide after sales support for the innovative range of Precisionscreen mobile crushing and screening

products, as well as additions and improvements to static plants.

Precisionscreen prides itself on its innovative design and ability to meet the specific crushing, screening and processing needs of a diverse range of clients. Precisionscreen has developed and proven innovative products in the washing, screening and crushing market, as well as the burgeoning

recycling market, especially suited to the harsh Australian conditions. 

Precisionscreen are Australian dealers for the SANDVIK  range of mobile crushing and screening machines.

We are  also dealers for Rammers range of hydraulic hammers in Qld & PNG.

• Current spares sales metrics as of Nov 2014:• 50% of all spare parts orders invoiced and dispatched same day or within 24

hours as an average

• 75% of all spare parts orders invoiced and dispatched within 1.4 days from order as an average

• 99% of all spare parts orders invoiced and dispatched within 5.0 days from order as an average

• Customer service improved and machine down times reduced, using advanced IT systems along with critical stock at multiple locations, with $8.5 million in total parts value available from 5 state centers

• Department standards of all enquiries replied by EOB of day of enquiry with pricing or proposals returned within 24 hours.

• Ability to record scheduled servicing and all customer fleet details with highly advanced Precisionscreen CRM system

• Procurement offices in Australia and UK, aiming to get best quality products for competitive prices to cater quarry and mining industries
