The most important th ing to do is seek medical attent ion for anyone in jured and stay at the scene in a safe locat ion whi le contact ing the pol ice. There are several steps you can take at the scene that can help to establ ish fault . 1 . Document the Accident Take photographs of the auto accident scene, vehic le damage and any other important informat ion that may be relevant to how the accident occurred. 2. Exchange Information Obtain the insurance informat ion of any dr ivers involved and provide yours.
