Vision Statement
The GCPSE promotes an impartial and meritocratic public service able to build citizens’ trust by implementing incremental reform through continuous learning.
It does this, contributing to the legitimacy of states required for Agenda 2030 and especially Goal 16 on peaceful and inclusive societies / building effective, accountable and inclusive institutions.
