Scope: The BCMS ISO22301_2012 certification audit scope for Seagate Suzhou Drive Operations is all drive operations and support activities to provide storage products and services to the customer, to comply with all BCMS related legal, regulatory and other requirements and to minimize impact of any disruptive events to all relevant internal and external interested parties. The scope is aligned with Seagate Enterprise defined BCMS policy, strategy, objective and activities. The scope excludes all Seagate Enterprise managed BCMS activities resulting from site-wide and or nation-wide disruptive events such as natural disasters, riots, etc. during which Suzhou Drive Operations will provide support under Seagate Enterprise direction.
