3. I have sufficient income/assets to responsibly cover my daughter’s expenses during our entire trip to Japan, including return flights to the Philippines, as well as any and all other unforeseen expenses which our daughter may incur during our entire stay in Japan;

4. As her parent, I hereby accept and assume any and all responsibility for her welfare, including all financial expenses related to her travel and stay in Japan;

5. I guarantee that she will abide by all laws and regulations of the Japanese government;

6. This affidavit is for the purpose of attesting to the truth of the foregoing facts, in support of my daughter’s application for a Japanese Visa.
