AeroSaver Side SkirtThe AeroSaver side skirt is a lightweight design that reduces fuel consumption by up to 7%. The panels are constructed of extruded, flexible plastic designed to bend over obstacles and to provide exceptional performance in all temperatures. They are lightweight, come in three equal lengths and require very little hardware connections, which all reduce shipping charges and free up inventory space. AeroSaver is the only solution in the industry that offers one-person installation in less time than it takes to install other brands with two people. It requires no drilling on the frame of the trailer, and each panel is independently replaceable.

AeroSaver is the only side skirt that gives the option of mounting in either straight or angled orientations with the same hardware. Its patent pending bracket design allows plenty of clearance for road obstacles and makes them easily replaceable if damaged. All AeroSaver hardware is E-coated for maximum corrosion resistance, and each panel is UV impregnated and will not fade or crack due to sunlight. They are made from recycled products and are US EPA Smartway Certified Advanced to meet California Air Resources Board standalone trailer aerodynamic requirements for the GHG/Smartway rule.

AeroFlap MudflapAeroFlap’s unique diamond pattern breaks up the trailing air vortex, resulting in a mud flap with less drag and decreased fuel consumption of up to 1%. It reduces spray by not atomizing, or “smashing” water droplets, creating a safer environment for everyone on the road.

AeroFlap eliminates the need for anti-sail brackets due to the way air is channeled, and it reduces maintenance costs by venting excess heat around tires and brakes. It is the only aerodynamic mudflap of its type designed to be used with angled mudflap brackets.

Air Slipper Side SkirtThe Air Slipper side skirt is designed to cut fuel consumption by up to 6% and to reduce harmful emissions. The Air Slipper is made to fit most trailers and is quick and easy to install. It simply clamps to I-Beam cross members with no holes drilled in the frame, which helps with hassle-free trailer lease turn-in.

The Air Slipper is manufactured from 16-gauge aluminum with reinforced ribs and a bottom roll-formed edge for added strength. It comes standard with black primed steel braces and mounting clamps, as well as aluminum vertical stiffeners. The Air Slipper comes standard with a flexible lower extrusion that prevents damage to the bottom of skirts from unseen obstacles. It can be ordered with an optional reefer fuel tank cutout.
